We served them hot chocolate to stay warm & they appreciated that AND did not litter. They began the job immediately and at a few points asked if my husband and I wanted to come outside & receive a visual explanation of the work they were doing. The coolest part was that they got us outside & we watched the house's biggest crack slowly come back together with some pressurized machine they have for the piers. It was very cool to witness. No more visible house crack! The only "con" I would write about are the 2 piles of dirt next to my foundation where they dug up and added the piers. They made a nice pile and cleaned up but now I'm not sure what to do with the mounds. Do I mash them back down? Do I wheel the dirt away? Just unsure haha. Near our front walkway they had to cut into some concrete and they poured a new square over it and while it dried we signed our initials and that made the house feel like ours.
