Their crew never removed the deck ledger boards (leaving the entire back of the house tied together in one piece.) and instead of lifting the desired section, it shifted 2/3 of back of the house back n forth. Causing more damage than fixing. I have multiple 1/4" to 1/2" gaps around outside doors that weren't there before they lifted the house. I'm currently tearing the deck apart since the ledger boards and an anchors are all messed up from the pressure. When they left they just bandaided everything to hide the damage they did. They will come out and give excuses and claim to have a warranty, but you will get no protection once they come & mess up your house. Be careful using this company!

We served them hot chocolate to stay warm & they appreciated that AND did not litter. They began the job immediately and at a few points asked if my husband and I wanted to come outside & receive a visual explanation of the work they were doing. The coolest part was that they got us outside & we watched the house's biggest crack slowly come back together with some pressurized machine they have for the piers. It was very cool to witness. No more visible house crack! The only "con" I would write about are the 2 piles of dirt next to my foundation where they dug up and added the piers. They made a nice pile and cleaned up but now I'm not sure what to do with the mounds. Do I mash them back down? Do I wheel the dirt away? Just unsure haha. Near our front walkway they had to cut into some concrete and they poured a new square over it and while it dried we signed our initials and that made the house feel like ours. When Joe arrived, he was incredibly professional, a very likable person and a great guy to deal with. I had already arranged to have quotes from other companies but I was so impressed with Joe that I cancelled the other appointments. The workers arrived headed by Nick, who was as personable and polite as Joe. He and his team were on time and worked late the fist night. They were still working when I returned home from the office, and that wasn't early. They had to come back the second day to finish but that was expected. They were installing seven piers and one was through a set of concrete stairs. The next day they contacted me to let me know they had finished the work. It is like night and day. Before they came there was one door that would not close at all, one that made a horrible noise when it closed and one that I had to push against with my whole body to close. That was the front door, which was especially troubling. After the work was done, all doors open and close freely. I also went around and tested all of the windows and they all still open without any problems. I'm going to have the house painted soon, which will tell me if there are any new cracks forming but so far, I haven't noticed any. From what I can see, the work was done correctly and I'm very happy with it. For anyone who saw this review before, I had a problem with the office at PowerLift and gave a less than favorable review. I spoke with Bill, the owner of the company and we were able to put all of that behind us. I can now honestly say I would recommend this company. Their work speaks for itself.

Poor workmanship. Cracks in brick siding showed up. Instead of adjusting their piers, they filled…read morethe cracks with caulking. Couple years later, piers appeared to have failed. AGAIN, THEY CAULKED. Lots of excuses for not working on the piers. Then, put off working on piers for 6 months so ground could "dry out" (what ever that meant.) After 6 months of waiting and watching cracks grow bigger, the Lifetime Warranty was voided after they learned that another contractor did some concrete work in the opposite side of our home. We complained and was told someone would get back with us. That was over 8 months ago - crickets! Definitely not worth the money we spent.
