Their crew never removed the deck ledger boards (leaving the entire back of the house tied together in one piece.) and instead of lifting the desired section, it shifted 2/3 of back of the house back n forth. Causing more damage than fixing. I have multiple 1/4" to 1/2" gaps around outside doors that weren't there before they lifted the house. I'm currently tearing the deck apart since the ledger boards and an anchors are all messed up from the pressure. When they left they just bandaided everything to hide the damage they did. They will come out and give excuses and claim to have a warranty, but you will get no protection once they come & mess up your house. Be careful using this company!

We contacted Pier King and from the very beginning with scheduling with Cindy, and the assessment with Preston, and the installation crews and Justin, we have been more than satisfied with the work and results. We had both external and internal piers, as well as internal spray foam installed and it resolved ALL our foundation issues. They were kind, prompt, and did fantastic work all for a reasonable price for a top notch value. Thank you Pier King! I would absolutely recommend for anyone in Oklahoma!

No matter what time I texted him, he always responded quickly and professionally. His team was very informative during the process. They gave us options and informed us of the repercussions of those options When the crew left the first time, we were not 100% completely satisfied, and when I reached out to Mike about it, he made a trip back to the house and we discussed some options. His team was back at our house to fix it the next morning and they made sure we were completely satisfied with the service they provided before they left. I appreciate how Mike went above and beyond on this job and would definitely recommend his services.

The gentleman that did the initial inspection and measurements of my home, Braden, did a great job explaining the process for leveling and protecting my crawl space. When Braden left, I was comfortable in knowing what I should expect to see when the job is completed. I can't say enough here about the team that did the hard work at a time when we have triple digit temperatures. Mike and his team, that consisted of Jett, and on a few days an additional hard working young man, were so good at their jobs. At times I observed that they seemed to move like clockwork. My communications with all of the team was good. Mike took time to update me and show images of the work as it progressed. He explained things when I had questions and let me know immediately when he had a question or needed to discuss a variation in the planned job. No decision was made without my involvement. The bottom line is that I highly recommend Groundworks. The company was like a breath of fresh air for me.
