Their crew never removed the deck ledger boards (leaving the entire back of the house tied together in one piece.) and instead of lifting the desired section, it shifted 2/3 of back of the house back n forth. Causing more damage than fixing. I have multiple 1/4" to 1/2" gaps around outside doors that weren't there before they lifted the house. I'm currently tearing the deck apart since the ledger boards and an anchors are all messed up from the pressure. When they left they just bandaided everything to hide the damage they did. They will come out and give excuses and claim to have a warranty, but you will get no protection once they come & mess up your house. Be careful using this company!

Because it was scheduled as such, we had a licensed structural engineer do a full inspection and write a report that stated there was nothing wrong with the foundation, which was provided to the buyers. Then Ram Jack comes out and recommends $4,600 in piers. We called the company and verified their "inspectors" are not engineers at all. Because they convinced an elderly couple that the house needed piers when it doesn't, the home purchases fell through for three families because we are NOT paying for piers on a house that doesn't need them!!! Funny that their TRR stated repairs MUST be done by Ram Jack. I have more thoughts on this that I'll keep to myself. This house is 8 years old with no cracks or shifting whatsoever. I suggest you do your due diligence before believing these SALESMEN!!!

He determined that only the west side of the house was dipping. We signed a transferable, with life-time warranty contract. Soon after their crew came and installed 4 piers on the NW corner of the house, and 4 piers in the SW corner under the foundation. Wwe had noticed brick separation on the outside of the bay window. They never honored their "Lifetime Warranty" and I doubt they'll honor "Transferable," because everything they say are only empty words. Buyer beware!!

Five stars is not really enough to get across how happy we are with his work. Earlier this summer, we found ourselves in a position no one wants to be in: dealing with an unexpected family loss. Compounding this situation was the fact that it occurred in a city that was not our own. Moving forward from this experience was going to be hard enough, but it also came with some pretty substantial home repair/renovation projects that needed to be done ASAP. Doing so in a town that is not our residence, and with contractors with whom we were not familiar, made it even more challenging. Through Yelp, we took a chance on finding a contractor to do a test run with a small but time-sensitive project, and Joshua came through with a really great bid and personal touch. His communication was exceptional, and his personality stood out in both in our online communication and again when we met in person. Most importantly, the care and commitment he brought to even this small project, plus the humanity and empathy he showed us during a really difficult time, made all the difference. We relayed to him the scope of the home repairs needed going forward, and asked if they were within his comfort zone. When he responded positively, we told him he was our go-to guy for every project needed on that house, and that we trusted him implicitly to do the work independently. He didn't let us down. He sent photos of his progress and gave us honest appraisals of what could be done, and what prices would be for labor and materials. He worked on a tight timeline and got the work done on time and on budget. Moreover, the quality of the work that he did approaches the level of artisan, not just contractor, to the point where I'd employ him for our own home projects if it was at all possible (it's not, sadly).
