The gentleman that did the initial inspection and measurements of my home, Braden, did a great job explaining the process for leveling and protecting my crawl space. When Braden left, I was comfortable in knowing what I should expect to see when the job is completed. I can't say enough here about the team that did the hard work at a time when we have triple digit temperatures. Mike and his team, that consisted of Jett, and on a few days an additional hard working young man, were so good at their jobs. At times I observed that they seemed to move like clockwork. My communications with all of the team was good. Mike took time to update me and show images of the work as it progressed. He explained things when I had questions and let me know immediately when he had a question or needed to discuss a variation in the planned job. No decision was made without my involvement. The bottom line is that I highly recommend Groundworks. The company was like a breath of fresh air for me.

These guys know what customer service really means, and have no issues coming back out to make adjustments after things have settled for a couple weeks. They were prompt and let us know everything that was going on. The crew were all happy and smiling even as they do what most would consider a thankless job. They left the job site spotless and even cleaned out under the house when finished- something most would never do. Plus they give you a 10 year Warranty! If we ever need foundation work again, we won't even consider calling another service. Oklahoma Foundation Solutions is the ONLY foundation repair company you should use in the OKC area!

Their crew never removed the deck ledger boards (leaving the entire back of the house tied together in one piece.) and instead of lifting the desired section, it shifted 2/3 of back of the house back n forth. Causing more damage than fixing. I have multiple 1/4" to 1/2" gaps around outside doors that weren't there before they lifted the house. I'm currently tearing the deck apart since the ledger boards and an anchors are all messed up from the pressure. When they left they just bandaided everything to hide the damage they did. They will come out and give excuses and claim to have a warranty, but you will get no protection once they come & mess up your house. Be careful using this company!
