Pratt Pro Ac, is a what every business should strive to be. He was able to come over late in the day, take a look at my parent's system and make a recommendation and also had additional choices. He was able to setup the system the next day. Now for the part that makes this company stand out from the rest. He discovered that the existing wiring was very old and the wrong gage for the current system or the new one and had to be replaced. After he spoke to me while I was a work, I asked if he knew of anyone that could help. Within hours he had acquired an electrician, that was able to come by and look at the wiring and get it replaced. Mind you this was for my parents' house during the middle of summer, and they are both 84 and have been living in the den with a window unit for a week because of AHS. Secondary line now drains when it never did. Did not replace my filter dryer after opening my system. Last visit they told me it was outside coils being dirty. Why is that all of a sudden an issue 2 weeks later? Left a hole in the top of my air handler after that visit. Overall, they have caused me to miss/leave work multiple times to meet them in hopes they will fix it that time. I'm tired of being hot and frustrated. Once for an assessment, once fir a problem and today to move forward with two of their recommendations. Their crew were great guys, polite, respectful and very neat and clean. Every area that they had to walk on was covered and vacuumed when they left. We had a crew of four and all were excellent. The main point of contact for us is Cory. He does all the tech evaluation, assesses the problem and fixes on site unless it needs equipment that needs to be ordered and replaced. Cory checked in three times today, once in person.
