I indicated my problem was that I couldn't produce a single sided copy without it creating a jam, I told him it started jamming on double sided documents and then I stopped that selection and only made single sided docs and now even that's a problem. He initially snapped in one tiny roller and a guide on the paper feeding drawer, nothing really internal to the machine, he then claimed that I never mentioned the double sided issue in my initial call, which of course I did, that's how I prefer to print all large documents. ‍ He couldn't fix the problem and then went on to say he couldn't get the parts to fix it, what? He changed his story about five different times and told me I never mentioned the double sided problem. I don't think he's has an in depth knowledge of my copier and has a selective recall of our conversation, terrible skil

They were pretty good, and cost me a little over $60- for 250 cards. When they ran out I finally did the smart thing and went to my friend Russell Hicks, who has been in the printing business for well over 30 years, which frankly is what I should have done to begin with. I just got my order. The turn around was every bit as fast as VistaPrint (faster, actually), the cards much nicer thanks in no small part to Russ's personal attention and expertise, and - get this - I got 1,000 cards for LESS than $60-! So I got 4X the cards, which were nicer and higher quality, for LESS money than I paid to VistaPrint! Lesson learned. Thank you Russ; and if anyone needs any kind of printing done you should call, email, send a message by carrier pigeon, or stop by and talk to Russ at Sandell's Printing; it's not often that the pros are way cheaper than the hacks, you'll be glad you did.

Future has been our go-to for supplies and repairs on all of our desktop and office printers…read more Prompt delivery and more than fair pricing. But that's just the tip of the iceberg. We purchased a used xerox copier, and though they are an authorized Xerox dealer, they did not force us into one of those "bend you over" service agreements. Instead, we buy toner and supplies as needed, and when the machine breaks (so far, 3 years in it only happened once) they were able to remotely troubleshoot and solve the problem quickly and inexpensively. They service some of the largest firms in Nevada... so john q public doesn't frequently come across them. Serving those big companies means they frequently have great used equipment available... something I like a lot. Next time I am looking for an office copier, Future will be my first call. They take such good care of the older used stuff... I can only imagine how great the new stuff would be!

From OFUSA's extensive selection of new desk styles, colors, and veneers, Lacey guided me towards the best, space-efficient desk design for my office.
