KAHL providing supplied us with an Acoustic Booth--it's been a total game-changer for our office!…read moreWe work in an open-style space, so before the Booth, only one person could be on a call at a time without it getting distracting for everyone else. Now we've got a quiet spot where people can take calls, focus, or just get some solo work done. Having a dedicated private space makes a huge difference when you need to really concentrate and makes it easier to have more team members in the office together at one time. Highly recommend!

Unethical business. I was looking for a new production printer from an equipment manufacturer…read more Machabee actually called this manufacturer to tell them I was behind on payments. When I checked my records, there were checks sent to Machabee that were never cashed. Why this business would call someone who I was trying to buy equipment from to let them know I was behind by seven months without speaking to me is beyond me. Even the manufacturer said this never happens, and that the guy calling them was rude and pushy. My recommendation? Do not use this business for any reason. Unethical to say the least.

We recently (July 2026) purchased business cards from Reno Print Store (RPS) and the whole…read moreexperience was good from start to finish. My husband had a business card on file from a previous purchase, but he wanted several changes and RPS was up to the task. The original card was one-sided, and he wanted changes to that front side and also to add graphics to the back of the card, making it a two-sided colored-ink card. There were several back-and-forth emails to confirm exactly what he wanted and to look at proofs. On one of the exchanges, RPS had taken the extra step of showing us an option we had not considered and ended up using. Both text and graphics are very sharp, even though some had to be made small to fit on the card. Customer service was always quick and courteous. If you need any sort of printing done, we highly recommend Reno Print Store. NOTE: Regarding the photo, take into consideration it's been saved to my computer in a few different formats and I had to use the snipping tool as well. In real life the images are very sharp and clear; I added the photo to provide an idea of the complexity of the work RPS can do.

Stopped in to have several name badges made for our non-profit…read more Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to do business with and not taken aback by my lack of camera ready art work. I guess I hadn't realized how much simple name badges had gone up in price since purchasing several years ago. I remember the last time I purchased from a company that was local and unfortunately owners have retired, so that's no longer business option. Previously badges were between eight and $10, today the estimate was around $22 apiece. Now that's quite an uptick, especially for a nonprofit, to be coming up with for 13 badges. i went ahead and placed the order, because we do need the badges. But I think I might shop around further if I need another set made.
