I requested a sushi roll that is popular in restaurants. The clerk said he "doesn't do that". Well, ok then.

Ugh this low budget Ralph's doesn't take Apple Pay. The isles are super small. The lines are always crazy long. Try to avoid this place!!

It's my first visit to Vons since they closed down the store I shopped at in Bixby Knolls…read more This store is located on a busy street with very limited parking. On any given day when I drive by I see a lot of random people hanging out loitering and dancing or they appears to be in their own world if you get my drift. It's one of the main reasons I haven't stopped by this location. No worries they have security guards and are well staffed. At times It's a little unkempt in front and the immediate area but the inside of the store is large well stocked and very tidy. Upon entering I immediately like what I see the store is packed with people kind smiling faces and aisle upon aisle of specialty items foods and such that makes my day and I grab a few things from every aisle that I visit. I'm obsessed with soo many things I have to be careful not spending too much money. BelGioioso Provolone Cheese And Genoa salami snacking rolls. It was delicious. 10/10 Mango cheesecake It wasn't very tasty the cheesecake was dry and flavorless the mango topping surprisingly didn't taste fresh or fruity. 4/10 I tossed it. Casamigos Reposado Tequila A gift for my daughter. 10/10 $70 Tillamook Dark Cherry Ice cream. Rich and creamy flavor but this batch had hardly any cherries. 8/10 Eggnog Store brand thick and rich I'm glad I bought some this year. 8/10 Chamoy pickle. Bought for my daughter. 8/10 They have a sandwich area for fresh made sandwiches the menu looks amazing I'll come back to try one including a pack of French butter. I am so glad I gave this location a visit the store is really nice and the staff are cool and helpful as well. It's my new favorite store. Until next time it's just me Shawn C.

I went here for a very simple task: purchase a mylar balloon in the shape of a 3 (to celebrate my third recovery birthday). I found the balloon (yay!), but I couldn't find anyone to help me fill it! Customer Service said the attendant would be back shortly. I waited 15 minutes and decided to fill it myself. So ridiculous it's comical...

Belmont Heights is so lucky to have great local businesses like this one…read more Ma 'n Pa Grocery is the cutest pop-up grocery around. They have all your typical liquor store needs: alcohol, sodas, snacks, beach items, etc. But they also come packed with fruits and veggies and favorite premade lunch/dinner items. You'll find an extensive selection of coleslaw, sandwiches, desserts, pre-marinated meats and more. I recently grabbed a turkey sandwich on a hoagie roll and a slice of lemon bundt cake (my payment for doing a social activity.) I noticed several people ordering their large steamed artichokes, so I'll need to return to fully understand the hype! Their catering menu is pretty extensive - it legit includes 20+ meat options. I definitely plan to take advantage of this when my parents visit next.

It's a small grocery store and restaurant, but it offers a welcoming atmosphere and a great sense of community. Although I don't typically eat burritos, I had heard such positive feedback that I decided to try one--and I'm so glad I did. They are consistently delicious. We now make it a point to visit every weekend with our little one, and each time we're met with good food, friendly people, and great overall vibes. The coffee is also excellent--according to my husband, who is quite particular when it comes to his coffee. This place has truly become a special part of our routine.

Lies and Videotapes" in which Andie MacDowell's character ponders the inevitable garbage filled world overloaded with plastic packaging and poisonous products, I realized my concern was not as lonely as I had thought. Boutique-y stores have opened professing noble crusades only to prove themselves poseurs. Ricky Gervase could skillfully expose them for their self serving pomposity, but here it is is the real thing. They aren't like big chains stores so do not expect them to have everything. Small business owned, come and support your local mini grocery mart!

I come here looking for specific things like natural maple syrup and high quality flour. I tend to not get fruits and I tend to find more items here from small businesses than brand name spots, so I'll sporadically find things here to impulse buy. They also have lots of prepared self-service hot foods and a poke bar if you want a meal to go. My favorite thing here are their fresh baked chocolate chip cookies, priced at $3.75. They sell so many of them, that they're constantly putting out fresh batches. I've come in four times this year for it and it's been hot and fresh every time! I find that outstanding as I've been to stand alone bakeries with cookies that weren't as fresh as they are here. The cookie is massive and has high quality ingredients you can taste. It's as good of a chocolate cookie as you can find anywhere. Come get some, because if they keep up the high turnover, then I can keep eating them hot and fresh!

They have the dried shrimp or fish options but I always choose dried shrimp because it suits my taste buds better. I can eat a ton of it with rice alone because it's that good. I've never had a batch that was bad which is what keeps me coming back for more. I'm still hesitant to try their TwaKo and I have my reasons. When it comes to meat in general, I'm super careful and particular. Proper packaging and cleanliness also matters for me. Pricing is like everywhere else that sells the same or similar products. The market is small and there is only side street parking FYI. The smell inside the store is something I will never get used to. Sorry, but it's horrendous throughout the entire store especially in the back. They could do better with ventilation and airing out the place. Douse the entire store in bleach and let it sit for a good 48 hours before a thorough scrub down. That's my advice as a returning customer. I go every 2-3 months because I live over an hour away and I make sure I stock up for at least a month each time. The owner, which is an elderly man who is always working the counter, is super nice and friendly. I just hope he does something about the strong smell in the store.
