Last year there were 1500 runners. The people at CVNL are always super busy so it is best to just stop by and see them if you want something.

It in itself is poorly organized and if you are just inquiring to get information there is no receptionist and therefor you must guess as to who you want to talk to from a recorded laundry list of names and departments. If you guess wrong you will just have to hope that that person will refer your name to someone there that can help. My suggestion is that they hire someone to organize them before they attempt to help anyone else.

They came to the office and I showed them which pieces we wanted to part with. I let them know we were trying to sell the conference room table, so their quote should include both possible scopes of work--one that included them taking the conference room table and one that didn't. They provided the quote including the conference table. By the time we got their quote, we were able to sell the table. I promptly replied to their proposal, letting them know the table sold and we needed the alternative proposal (without the conference room table). They did not reply. They also did not return my multiple phone calls or subsequent emails. They completely ghosted us. Their conduct was incredibly unprofessional. They wasted our time, and given our lease-end deadline (which I apprised them of on multiple occasion), left us scrambling at the last minute to find another option. Do not count of these people if you are trying to donate your furniture.
