Biggest POS food I've ever had.. burgers were cold Buns like they were right out of the refrigerator the meat was lukewarm at best.... So freaking slow it took like 20 minutes per car the fries were the only thing good. We came back and told them the burgers were cold... This was once my favorite fast food place to go but in the last year everything from the quality of the food to the level of customer service has gone down hill and quickly. The food is never hot, it is luke-warm at best. Service is slow and the people they hire do not seem to have the grasp of the concept of fast food. I often have seen them chatting and laughing among themselves while I waited at the window without having even attended to me. We had a lot of questions and requests during our drive through order and not once did his voice show any frustration or irritation. He answered every question and was very accommodating. I couldn't believe the employee at the drive thru. If you would like to know the things she did that was not just rude but at the end MOCKED us... then read on. We were trying to get our order in the drive thru, the employee asked a question but in order to answer we needed to know if they had an item. My buddy asked if they had the item and the lady working the drive their said very rudly, "no sir that's not what I asked you l asked you a question and you need to respond." After only ordering a burger and fries, the lady told us to pull forward. We weren't finished so my buddy said he would also like another burger. The lady didn't say anything. My buddy asked if she got that and she replied again very rudley and yelled "yes I already told you I got that sir and I already told you to pull forward so pull forward is there anything else" my buddy said some respect would be nice. She was rude the entire time. We pulled up to the window and she said "you can keep on pulling forward cause we're not gonna ring you up bye." My buddy was confused and asked why, he said "is it cause of the part where I asked for the respect?" She closed the window door. My buddy knocked on the window and she opened and laughed and said "you want Rallies so bad don't you?" She said that as she was laughing, mocking us. We sat there for a few seconds, kind of confused. My Buddy said "hello?" The lady then opened the door, paused a second, and then closed it on us. She didn't even say anything, she just opened it to close it on us. We couldn't believe what was going on. Never have either of us witnessed someone being that rude at a drive thru. That person shouldn't be working there at that drive thru if that's how she's going to treat customers. If not let go, she should at least be talked to about this. Until this goes resolved though, Rally's will not be getting anymore of our business. That location has a 2 Star Review, and I can see why, unfortunately. read more

This place is the best at getting your order right! When I'm picking up burgers it's always tricky because I can't eat onions and wifey doesn't like american cheese...so one burger no onions, and the other no cheese. Most fast food places mess this up about half the time. This place always gets it right. And they are so nice and friendly! I drive farther to come to this Rally's! read more

Asked for a new burger. They gave me the same burger that I took back. All I want is hot food. Rally's is great when it's good but horrible when it's bad. Oh yeah and this location is steady out of product. And obviously horrible service even when the food comes out hot. They need to fire the whole staff and give jobs to people who actually want to keep their job because they obviously don't care. I have worked in food industry so I know how to be a good customer and it saddens me I hate to write a bad review but I feel like if I were to ask for my money back they would try and pull another fast one with my credit card like they did with my burger. read more

Terrible service at Rally's location 10334 page Ave Saint Louis mo 63122. I filed a complaint 4/10/20 because hair was in my food almost 3 weeks ago. I didn't receive a follow up call or email within a week so I called in to discuss the issue. I didn't get to speak with anyone but I received an email for a free meal on 4/17. I made a request for a refund and didn't hear anything for another 2 weeks. I call back and was told the store manager would call me the next day and still no response. I also never received any free meal as told in the email. I called today 5/2/20 and spoke with a Tina who claims she's a manager. She got smart huffing and puffing on the phone like I did something wrong or as if I was giving her a hard time and bothering her. She hung up the phone when I asked for her name. I had to call back and argued with the lady. She refused to tell me when the store manager would be in even though I expressed I was already waiting for a call back. At the end of the call I told her to have a great day and she called me out of my name. I will be going to corporate because the way the issue is being handled is very unprofessional. This was my first time at Rally and it was terrible. I believe I was overcharged but was not given a receipt to prove it. The food was awful (and i'm not picky about food!). Got the mozzarella melt for myself and friend at work for lunch. Horrible!!! The texture of the sourdough bun was like it was made up and sat all day, along with the hamburger inside it. Not even warm. Neither one of us was able to finish what we had as it was so bad (and we are both foodies!!!). The service was not good but nothing compared to the food. Will not be going there again. This is the location on Page close to Ashby. Also, cannot get anyone on the phone at that location and now even the corporate office isn't picking up!!!! read more

The food was overall good but the workers are awful. I sat there 20 minutes as the worker who took my card talked with all her coworkers before I was forced to knock on the window for my card back! They also had ask which order I was and only used one bag causing to almost overflow. They denied a reciept for my order. The review I gave is very generous and based solely on the food. The food was delicious but what was even better was the service. I had all four of my kids with me who had no idea what they wanted. The girl that was taking our order was super friendly and patient. We had a big order that had a lot of customizing to it and it was perfect. So many times you encounter people that see a big order as an inconvenience to them and they are rude and get it all wrong because they just don't care to try. This was the exact opposite. Before I moved a year ago, I never lived near a Rally's. Now I'm hard pressed not to visit more often. The people at this location are always friendly! That's a big plus, especially with fast-food. My favourites are the big chicken sandwich and the fries. The chicken sandwich is quite cheap for both the quantity and quality of what you're getting, and the fries... Rally's fries are just perfectly seasoned awesomeness in a cup. BEST: Friendly, polite employees, quality food. WORST: On one visit they accidentally got a chicken-nugget into an order of fries. It wouldn't have been a problem except they were my girlfriend's fries and she was eating while driving and she didn't realize until it was in her mouth. And she's a vegetarian. So she was nauseous and didn't eat the rest of her fries. Which was a score for me, but yeah, that did cost a star because now she doesn't want to go there as much. read more

DO NOT go here! TERRIBLE service!! We tried to go here at 2am for a late night bite after the bars and they were open til 4am. It was raining and we had tried to order food during the drive thru we placed our order and the first cashier gave us a total I wasn't done ordering yet so I added an order of mozzarella sticks and another cashier got on the speaker and said the rain was effecting their systems and they were unable to take any orders. I had asked if we could order inside on a different register and she said they couldn't take any orders at all and was VERY RUDE! I guess they didn't want my money so I took my business elsewhere! I was actually looking forward to trying rally's for the first time and now sadly I will NEVER know what the food is like because I will NEVER eat at any rally's anywhere due to this HORRIBLE first experience!
