I've officially had my last meal from this Taco Bell. After giving it multiple chances, it's clear that the issues here are consistent and concerning. Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes are always off; either too much sour cream or barely any cheese. The potatoes themselves are often hard and feel old, like they've been sitting out for hours. My Chipotle Ranch Grilled Steak Burrito tasted sour the last few times, and one time I even got food poisoning. That's a major red flag. They're frequently out of items: last time it was the Midnight Freeze, this time the Midnight Soda. When they do have the Freeze machine running, it tastes off, like there's something wrong with it, possibly mold or poor maintenance. This location desperately needs a health inspection. The quality is poor, the food sometimes tastes spoiled, and the machines don't seem to be cleaned properly. I wouldn't recommend eating here at all. It's just not worth the risk. read more

This is the best god damn Taco Bell I ever experienced. As we pull up to the Taco Bell waiting on our order we remember past experiences we had at other Taco Bell locations... not the best. But this experience... this experience was the best. As we walk inside I realize I need to use the bathroom. I'm shock as I open the door expecting a mess. This was the cleanest fast food restaurant bathroom I had ever seen. The sparkling toilet made up for the lack of toilet paper. It was heavenly. As we sit down at the counter to wait for our order the wonderful employees greet us, and offer us free Baja Blast. We get our drinks at a very clean and stocked drink station. Soon our order is delivered. Every thing we ordered and even some extra tacos included. As we exit the restaurant and start heading to the car we are greeted by an employee running after us. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I ordered on the app-- the Luxe Box. Ordered a Baja Blast zero dirty and when i got to the window, of course they were out of the cream so I got a regular soda. The soda was flat, the syrup was out. The shell on the Doritos taco was stale as were the chips. The cheesy chalupa was dry AF, there was barely any sauce on it. This Taco Bell is on my way home and I've tried to stop there 30 minutes before they close on three occasions now. Tonight, I sat in the parking lot after I was turned away (30 minutes before close) because they were "closed for the night". From 10:30-10:45, I counted that they turned away no fewer than 15 cars. I'm not sure if managers don't work until close (or if they simply don't care) but this location regularly closes early (as in nightly) and has some of the rudest employees I've ever spoken to. Change your hours and turn off your lights if you don't have help, but stop doing the bare minimum to avoid problems with corporate while you make the entire chain look bad. read more

I just had one of the worst meals I've ever had at this Taco Bell location! I can see why they have a 2 star rating on Yelp (surprised it is not a one star...it should be). The nacho fries were both cold and stale tasting. The chicken chalupa was practically inedible as the shell was completely stale, and I could barely bite into it! Completely gross!! The dorito taco was totally mushy on the bottom and just fell apart when I tried to take it out of the wrapper. They also forgot one of the tacos and tried to tell me that it was in the box, and I had to argue with them just to get them to give it to me before I drove off. It doesn't surprise me that at around 5 pm, there was not one car in the drive-thru or customer in the store. They should just close this location as it is so sub-par (even for Taco Bell standards). While dining in, I witnessed several employees and the manager on duty berating one of the other staff members while he was cashing out a customer, when they attempted to give the customer food without finishing the transaction. Came here yesterday, the drive thru was long, so I chose to come inside, use the digital kiosk, and get my food to-go. Food came out quickly and correctly, and the staff was very friendly!! So I went to the drive thru and purchased 4 regular soft tacos with hot sauce and a pink lemonade which added up to be about $7.38 including the tax on the screen at the menu. So when I pulled up to the window the cashier demanded $10 for what I ordered and I kindly asked if she put in the order correctly because it originally said that it was $7.38, and she rudely responded no it's $10 and that she didn't put in the lemonade originally which is total BS because the lemonade was already in the order. I know for a fact that it was not $10 because I've ordered this same exact order from many different Taco Bell locations and it always ended up about $7 including tax. Another problem is that when I got home I noticed that the order wasn't exactly the way I wanted it and there wasn't any hot sauce in the bag! Unreal! If you're gonna ripoff your customers at least get the fucking order correct!! And yes I made the mistake of not checking the bag to make sure my order is correct before I left because trust me if I did I would've for sure made my presence known. I understand that the people working there don't make jack shit for profit, but its crazy how some people are that desperate to rip off people over 3 dollars and to get their order wrong. SAD!! And just because your sitting behind a window at an ugly Taco Bell location doesn't give anyone the excuse or reason to be this disrespectful to their customers! They did not speak very good English. They were hard to understand. They were slow. They got the order wrong. I had to repeat myself. They had to ask questions about the order. Not a fan of giving bad reviews. But I feel this deserves one. My order was wrong and I was told it was happy hour where medium drinks were $1 and was charged regular price. I asked for three double decker tacos and a small soda. I was given three double decker supremes. Never did I ask for supreme. So there was an upcharge. And the happy hour is a myth apparently because I was charged full price for my drink. Maybe 3:30 in the afternoon doesn't qualify? As I pulled into the parking lot, the drive-through line was around the building so I parked and went in. Somehow the credit card system went out when I ordered. They kept trying to run my card but after about 10 minutes gave up. The did comp my order which was nice but it took a good 20 minutes to get my fast food order. Customers waiting in line after me were told they could only pay by cash. I really doubt this system glitch was anyone's fault locally, but it's just hilarious that every time I go here, something goes wrong. read more

Employees were smoking in their car and the smell of weed was very evident. When I walked inside to order they came in from their car and took my card and rang me up (at the drive through register).
