Service is okay but food quality is so low. Sometimes the shells taste stale, the beans are extra mushy, supreme doesn't or has little sour cream, and the soft tortilla are cold. There's thread in my chalupa once. We came back for the double decker taco and there were barely any beans. Only thing this place is consistent in is disappointment. read more

Grabbed lunch at the drive-thru here on a holiday and didn't have any problems. The employee who took our order was friendly, we got our food quickly, and everything we ordered was in the bag. Cannot believe the condition of this place. I was the only customer inside but there were 8 other random people loitering in the dining room including two children that had a whole Play area set up in the corner booth, three teens hunched down in a booth listening to loud music on their phones, and three others that must've been friends of the crew members as they went into the kitchen and help themselves to their own drinks. There was no other staff visible for almost 10 minutes after I placed my order at the kiosk until someone came to take my money and then disappear again for another 10 minutes before anyone came to make my food. First last and final visit 04/22/2022. Place a drive thru order a #6 with a freezer an additional taco, and fry a Doug 10:xx pm. Kesha, who pro claimed to be the manager... came to the window to address my complaint. As I stated to her, My chalupa which seem to have had some type of Greek like bread had "hair" in it, it was full of lettuce, sour cream on the inside and out which made everything cold and I wanted my money back. I GAVE HER THE FOOD and the exact change back and informed her my 15 yr old had already drink the freezer. She take what I gave her closed the window, then returned shortly to tell me ingredients were missing (items!) I repeatedly asked for my receipt multiple times. Again my 15 yr old started eating before I bit the chalupa with the hair in it! So the obviously struck an argument. She then kept my receipt and my change refusing to give me either and locked the window telling the other employees not to open the window... I could hear her yelling the entire time. So I call the police. She then walked out the restaurant and walked up to the front of my vehicle. Two officers showed up. Spoke with her, then spoke with me. The officer who in which gave me my change and receipt back and then informed me to return and speak with another manager or contact their corporate office. Then she attempted to LIE on me to the officer (who had to gave me back my change and receipt!!) about a $15 order. I hear and situation like this be never in my life experienced ghetto fast food behavior. I just ordered from this location and they served me rotten nacho chips and the cheese cups in the nachos were 1/4 full. My chicken soft tacos were nearly empty and made with old product. I will never eat here again. The management needs to get real. I am reporting them to the county health department. Never again Satan! read more

Taco Bell is one of my most favorite fast food restaurants and almost never have an issues. This is by far the worst place I've been to took over 20 minutes in the drive through with only three cars. They forgot a burrito and luckily we checked and asked them for it before leaving. All of the tacos we got were extremely soggy to the point that the bottoms were falling off of the rest of the taco. If I could give it a 0 star I would. I placed a mobile order for pickup at 8:30, arrived at 8:45 and had to sit through the drive-thru for 30 minutes. When I reached the speaker I was told that they could no longer make any food. When I said that I had a mobile order I was rudely told to "cancel it". On Monday September 21st around 11:50 a.m. you can say the beginning of lunch I came through the drive-thru to purchase lunch for myself in my clients needless to say I paid $16.35 for three Sodas because that was the only thing we could enjoy we ordered the nacho box $5 combo all the chips were old and chewy the cheese and guacamole generously poured on top still did not mask the terrible chips made several attempts to call never got through all I got was the fax machine. I don't plan on eating here anytime soon or will I recommend anyone eat here anytime soon because there is no telling how long they had those chips and how often they go through their inventory if they're passing out still nacho chips at the beginning of a lunch shift read more

Been sitting in the drive-through line for 20 minutes after placing my order and are very slowly progressing towards the window. Definitely don't recommend coming here at lunchtime. I get to go food from here on a regular basis and the food is usually done to a good standard. I find the staff very friendly and helpful, but on almost every occasion something is prepared with ingredients I asked to be left off or is completely missing items. The order sizes vary from 6 to 12 items. So if you have multiple items in your order be prepared to count and double check what you have been given before you leave. read more

So this is the Taco Bell closest to my house, so I've been there so many times over the past three years I can't even count, similarly I also can't count the amount of times I've been missing items from my orders or had burnt food. The staff is at least apologetic about it most of the time, depending on who's working, but generally the night shift seems to be better trained as when I show up after 9 PM my orders almost always perfect in both doneness and it actually containing what I ordered. But the last time I showed up at this place during the day is the last time I'm going there period cause the dirty looks I got from their cashier when I told them they yet again left out items from my order set me off to the point I made this whole yelp account to write this review. So sorry night shift but next time I need a midnight quesadilla I'm gonna take the extra 10 minutes to head to the Woodson Terrace store. read more
