I My sons and I were visiting STL from out of states. We walked to this location from the hotel (~10mins) on a Thursday night. I often saw the other location on Chouteau Ave but apparently this one was closer to hotel, walking distance wise. I regret not going to that location. When I arrived here around 10pm, the inside/walk up order was clocked locked up despite lights being on. There is no signage indicating the hours for that area, unfortunately. Since we already walked there and were hungry, I simply placed a pick up via their website around 10:18pm. Per the tracking, it said my order was ready about 10:25pm. I waited for drive through to clear and went to the window. It wasn't ready yet and I was told to go to the other side. Around 10:35pm, I received the food. My mistake was not checking the order but largely because it was cold and wanted to get back to hotel to eat it before it got cold. For starters, I peeked in the bag when it was given to me by staff and fries were everywhere! Then, Only 1 of the 3 sandwiches were correct! It wasn't even that busy! Order: Cheesy Bacon Clucker (Crispy), BBQ Pretzel Buford, and Pretzel Pubster Burger Combo! The clucker was correct but my Buford was missing the bacon AND the bbq sauce. The pubster burger only had 1 patty vs two and no bacon crumbles. There was no ketchup or napkins in the bag either. This was very disappointing experience. I would have been less upset if it was a regular burger but my bbq Buford cost more due to the extra toppings. I wasted my money. If I had a car, I probably would've went back but we were not going to go there and back in the cold. read more

Rally's has not disappointed me yet. The burgers are pretty darn tasty, flavorful, and made fresh every time. But the real star for me is the seasoned fries! They are crispy, perfectly spiced, and absolutely addictive! They remind me of like a state fair LOL. The portions are generous, and the prices are super reasonable for the quality you get. The staff was fast and friendly, and my food came out hot and fresh. Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch or a late-night bite, Rally's always hits the spot. Highly recommend if you love bold flavor and great value! I went during the late night around 2 to 3 AM and the fella in the drive thru window was really friendly (super funny too) and was really helpful. Our food was genuinely really spot on. read more

Whoa. I didn't know chicken bites am French fries could me messed up, but boy oh boy were they. Fries seemed to be a day old ie. soggy, barely warm, and not a whole lot of taste. The chicken bites were way over cooked and there were random fries (not the ones I ordered) in the box as well. You may be thinking "awesome! Extra fries." I assure you, they were even worse than my order. Not a place I would recommend. If this was a fluke order, it's the worst I've ever seen. I gonna go out on a limb and say this is most likely a consistent effort put forth by this store location. read more

Worst rally's ever, everytime I go here I'm greeted by the local crack heads and leave with half my order missing by a worker who couldn't care less. Genuinely I dispute more charges than I accept at this location as almost every time they fuck it up, tell me that they don't have shit at the window but still charge you for it anyway. I hate every fast food place on Lindell and would recommend avoiding them at all cost. They should shut down this rally's read more

My boyfriend ordered a burger, and he specifically stated in his order no mayonnaise, and they proceeded to drown the burger in mayonnaise. Also, they gave him old soggy fries. They tasted like they were 3 days days old. read more

Rally's - Fast Food Near Me - St. Louis, Missouri

Can't go wrong with Rallys. They have good specials. It took a minute to get my food but the manager was courteous and apologized occasionally. He did a great job overall. If I'm back in the area a would still give them a try. read more

TERRIBLE! Dont come here. Ghetto. Dry burgers, wrong orders, doesnt list unavilable items. Instead of a "would that be all?", they just give you your total four times. SIGH. Atmosphere is SKETCHY. Didnt even eat my food, go get a bag of chips. read more

I had a terrible experience at this Rally's. I received the wrong order (two All Americans instead of one All American and one plain double cheeseburger). When I returned one to get the correct item, the manager refused to fix it, insisting I had eaten the double -- even though I clearly had the wrong burger in hand. I explained multiple times that my husband couldn't eat it due to the condiments, but she kept arguing and refused a refund or replacement. She said she was the manager and no one else could help. I wasn't asking for extra food -- just the right order. Between this, the dirty restaurant, and consistently poor service, I won't be returning to this or any Rally's again. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. Had to wait 20 minutes for the customer service representative to tell us that we had to wait another 20 minutes because they had too many DoorDash customers we were in line for 45 minutes and never had the opportunity to order. We had one car in front of us the entire time. Absolutely no Customer Service at all. read more

It's horrible how long it takes to just take your order. I sat at the light and watched a car sit to make order for the whole time I say at the light as soon as I pulled behind the car it pulled up. The rep immediately said to me please hold while I sat there and waited to place my order. This is a fast food restaurant that constantly makes you wait to order and even longer to receive your order. Let's read more

Grubhub driver left food on the front porch with no notification even after I turned of zero contact. Luckily I can down the stairs and noticed the bag through the window. Food was cold and soggy. read more

This place always has horrible service and frequently will tell you they only can accept online orders I'm really surprised that this rally's location remains open after all be negative reviews that it has had, Obviously the owner/management could care less about what their customers are saying about their business read more

Tried this location just once. 100 degree summer day and looking forward to trying a slushie. I bet you can tell where this story is going. Slushie machine is [pause for dramatic effect] down. read more

You have about a 20% chance of actually ever getting served food from this location. Sometimes you will wait in line for a while just to be told they aren't serving food....when they are open. read more

It's pretty disappointing that I consistently wasted my time going to this Rally's hoping that the service would be better than the last. They lack customer service, so they are definitely rude especially the young girl. The last few wait time to order and get food avg'd about 25 minutes. The owner should just fire them all and hire new people who want to work. Keep in mind these workers are probably part of the society who think they should get paid more, but fail to hold their basic requirements of their employment duties. So I stand by my review. read more

Order food online go to pickup order they give us wrong order. Then tell us they can't complete order an can't change it. But also can't give us our money back either. Manager out in parking lot smoking and dancing around with friends super unfriendly still no food and no refund. Stealing money. Funny part is when leaving empty handed the rude manager is walking out front door with box that looks awful like hotdog box that they didn't have to fill our order. Feel like they needed food to fuel their parking lot party. read more

11:24 PM 5 star late-night drive-thru service w/ 2 star food Service 1. No line 2. Talked to me quickly on speaker 3. Made an attempt at eye contact & even a smile after pulling up 4. Ran my credit card & then got me my drink in under 1 minute. 5. Handed me a bag with hot fries & burger in under 2 minutes Food (why I was there) Fries were overly greasy like they been reheated by flash frying Burger... Pre-cooked meat thrown between buns with mostly white iceberg lettuce & tasteless tomato It is a standard Rallies at a convenient location w/ surprisingly an interactive & efficient employee. read more

By far the worst rally's. Wait time is absurd. The food was cold when I got it and burger was chewy. Completely junk place do not go there the one on grand is way better read more

It's fast food. BUT they do it pretty darn good. The food is always hot, fast, decently priced, drive thru tasty, and served with friendly customer service. If you're in the neighborhood, and you want the above - stop - because that is what you'll get - consistently. read more

The time says that they are open till 4 AM I pull through the drive-through at 1:50 and he says that they are closed we asked why they were closed he's a man we're getting ready to go home right now all the lights are on I'm wondering did they just not wanna take our order as they lazy or what their issue was but anyway they didn't wait on us we went to McDonald's. I do not recommend using this rally's at all rude rude rude read more

Anthony was great, but everything else sucked. Waited almost on hour. Needs attention to timeliness

be prepared to wait for at least 30 mins and be borderline verbally assaulted. i come here when it's late and there is no where else to go and the food is usually decent, but with the way the employees treat customers i will not be back read more

Arrived in the drive thru at a little before 1230am. 2 cars were ahead of me. We waited for 10 minutes before the employee took the first car's order. Finally at 1255am, I received my order. Slowest drive thru times I've ever seen. read more

(Drive through) Every time I come here, they say "just one moment" & I swear, before I even get to my order I've been waiting 10 minutes sitting waiting for them to ask me what I want. Terrible service. No cars in the line and drive thru attendant wouldn't take my order until 15 minutes had passed

legit terrible service. everytime i go, they are always in a bad mood, like sorry that was the job you chose. you could be respectful to paying customers read more

The staff is very rude and disrespectful I would never ever support this business ever again ! Anytime you tell me To have a good day you're not gonna take my order because I change my order ! What happened to the customer is always right read more

Update- now that I've lived near this Rally's for the past several months, I've gotten food poisoning from their wings and been turned away because they didn't have ingredients or their "systems were down" at least five times. If you can catch them at a time that they are actually a fully functioning location & can manage not to get food poisoning, you may have a semi-decent experience read more

The staff is rude, disrespectful and they talk down to you as if your a piece of trash. Ordered our food. As we were waiting the manager was yelling at the other girl working calling her an idiot and to do her job right. I think the manager should be FIRED!!! The way she talks to people is disgusting! The other staff needs to be trained correctly severely. Waited 20 minutes and food was cold. Ordered a smoothie which they did not give me. The manager was yelling at someone in the drive-thru line saying today she ain't gonna have a job, threatened her, the lady in her car waited 35 mins for food, honked her horn and finally got the food. As we were leaving they kept yelling at other people in the drive-thru line. read more

We bought things from drive tru four times, They ALWAYS lost something, For example, last night I order TEN pcs wings, It just FIVE pcs in the box! They forget things EVERY SINGLE TIME! We will not go there again! read more

Clearly I'm not the first one to write a review saying this location tells you they can't take orders. Today I went and was told their system was down and they can't take orders. This strikes me as odd, because I've visited this location three times in the last year and all three times I've been told their system was down and they could not take orders. Coincidence? I think not. Lazy employees that would rather sit outside and smoke than actually work. I'll go to the location at Grand and Chouteau from now on. That location hasn't failed me for nearly 20 years. The location on Vandeventer is the worst in St. Louis. read more

Play sucks if you're out of catch up then wouldn't you go to another location or go and find someway to get catchup for your customers I meet you sell french fries and burgers catchup is the main ingredient in that type of food saver set a time go to McDonald's or go to Arby's it's just of the street. Also the people that work here are rude and so mean I've never been through this it's just respect of a drive-through well I have but just from another rally's... read more

Staff is rude and the food is so bad. I got sick after eating here and I'm sure I'm not the only one

Today, I went inside and waited over 10 minutes and no one took my order. The woman just kept telling me she would take my order soon. Well after 10 -15 minutes of no one taking my order, I left. That is ridiculous to continue waiting. The woman that was in there before me was complaining as well because she had been waiting even longer to get her food. The same car that was waiting in the drive thru window when I walked in , was still waiting at the window to get their food when I left, so drive thru is just as slow. The place looked short staffed and they couldn't handle the orders. I will never go back. read more

Worst service in America! I went through the drive through today around 2 I ordered a shake and a fry. The girl at the window just put her hand out for my money and did not say a thing. This girl needs to be fired! read more

Literally the longest you will ever be in a drive thru. Pretty sure the workers are all on tranquilizers.

I was a walk up costomer. The staff I felt like I was talked down to and not talked at. As if the staff in that building was better then anybody around. I left with my order but I did watch a car come in after me and left B4 I got my order. Wow... what a bad attitude. read more
