My father has poor knees and wouldn't be able to make it up the stairs to the 4 bedrooms upstairs. I found David Enquist on Yelp, and was very pleased with the reviews so I gave him a call for a bid. I spoke with David, as well as 6 other contractors. A little much, I suppose, but it's in my nature to be diligent and find the best value for the price. I choose David because he offered the best value for the price. His bid was not the lowest, and it was not the highest. However, his ideas were excellent. I was paying for his expertise and vision, and not just for manual labor. His team was excellent to work with as well. Steve was especially great. He was courteous, professional, and cared about the product he was producing. The final full bath/suite looked great at the end. The colors and quality were excellent. I am very happy with his service. My family has many more projects that will need a contractor for. David will be on speed dial. Thanks!

Wallpapering has become a lost skill - and one that Bill is a true master of. They are fairly priced and honest - and a pleasure to work with. They had very positive attitudes when the color wasn't right. (Although I paid double the quote to get it done right ). They had a quite a bit of touch ups and little fixes to do before I would pay in full. Like taking off paint in places there shouldn't be paint. There was some bubbling that needed fixing from dry time issues. A lot of finishing issues that just needed to be taken care of. He told me he would be back the following day to finish and then instead did not show up and asked me for payment. I nicely told him I would not pay until the job would be done. He "pulled" his team off other jobs to finish the job completely. Which I found strange since he texted me and told me in person that he would be back to finish that day. I kindly just said if you want to be paid just finish the job like you said. So he did and he had a good attitude. They did not fix everything I asked them to fix but I didn't want to be "too nit picky" so I accepted what they did and paid them. Two days later I noticed they painted the wrong sheen on our wall in one area so it looks like two different paints when lights hit it at night. I contacted him and gave him 10 days to respond. I got no response so I called and left a voicemail as well and still got no response. I see he has done this to other people. It's sad because I was going to use them for many projects in the future but instead they will ghost you once the project is paid for and will not stand behind their work. I will attach photos of what they left behind that gave them the 2 stars instead of 5. We were very kind to them and very respectful and got them breakfast on a weekend out of our gratitude for their work. Not very good or kind in return. Not very ethical. I do want to say that overall I am happy with the job and that is why I am giving him more than one star. I just don't think anyone who is unethical in their business practices should think they will get away with it.
