All they would need to cover the extraction is for the dentist to fill out the preauthorization paperwork. I had already got a note from my daughter doctor that she needed anesthesia. This place would not fill out paperwork. I called them letting them know that yesterday I took my daughter to a dentist in Gilroy. They did x-rays on my daughter and recommended that I come here to see how much I would pay put of pocket since they won't fill out the pre-authorization for it. They said I would have to pay $200 again even though I just paid for xrays..... her mouth is not going to change overnight. They wouldn't even give me an estimated amount I would pay out of pocket. I called other places and they gave me a high estimate that I might need to pay. But this place wouldn't even give me the time of day.
