(The leader of our trip pointed to an empty plot of land, and announced, "And this is where the tertiary treatment plant would go, if we could afford it....") Soon after, we had Martin Water install a water-purifying system for us, a Kinetico K5. The water tastes so much better than tap water, and I believe it is much healthier for all of us. The water and the filtering system are both terrific, but what is truly exemplary and worthy of praise are the people working at this company. Working with them is like a dream. They are all polite, prompt, considerate, hard-working, conscientious, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and fair. They are also intellectually generous and willing to explain and answer questions. We recently had a problem with our system caused by my mistake while changing the filter. They showed up quickly, and were gracious and apologetic that it took them a few visits to pinpoint the problem. (Usually they can fix a problem right away, but my mistake apparently caused a complication.) They were determined to fix it for us. They were so fair in pricing that I worried that they wouldn't make enough money for their work. I have high standards, and the employees of this company have not only been wonderful, but they have bolstered my faith in humanity. Over the four years we have worked with this company, they have been superlative in every way.

Having family businesses in our family and lots of direct experience, I would say she is one of the worst managers I have ever met. Beyond her caller ID having "Novelties" as her last name (did she sell s3x toys? What's going on there?), her lack of professionalism not limited to unwarranted termination on the first day had indicated a lack of personal experience in management (done well anyway), not limited to possible emotional/behavioral irregularities due to her obsession with my emotions (I am paid to do a job, not make you feel a certain way). This is not limited to comments about employees reaching for something underneath her skirt. If the word is run by stupid people, this would be a primary example. Beyond her arrogance (primarily but not limited to a lack of proper training indicated by finding exceptions to her training style, which she found offense too because she's a female narcissist), her bad attitude that borderlines ingenuinity had brought forward underlying personal issues I could not attend. I had contacted the police to acquire a birth certification, because they had failed to return the paperwork on the day it was provided, nor provided on the day of termination (they also asked me to sign papers of departure, but I only worked there for 1 day). The main manager had provided sexual/romantic undertones with a female employee that was getting hired at the location, and based on his demeanor in general (although not horrible management), indicated problems at the lower levels I didn't want to attend in employment. I acquired 1 lead in the first 20 to 40 minutes, but it seemed as though her lack of emotional maturity got in the way of common sense. Do not work here, bad place.

Joe was on a plane, totally spoiled because of his past quick solutions and fixes I started to panic. Joe your expertise has been a blessing and a curse, how dare you be on a plane when I need you!
