I worked here for 4 days. I worked with an individual named Namza (short Indian), among several staff members. Having family businesses in our family and lots of direct experience, I would say she is one of the worst managers I have ever met. Beyond her caller ID having "Novelties" as her last name (did she sell s3x toys? What's going on there?), her lack of professionalism not limited to unwarranted termination on the first day had indicated a lack of personal experience in management (done well anyway), not limited to possible emotional/behavioral irregularities due to her obsession with my emotions (I am paid to do a job, not make you feel a certain way). This is not limited to comments about employees reaching for something underneath her skirt. If the word is run by stupid people, this would be a primary example. Beyond her arrogance (primarily but not limited to a lack of proper training indicated by finding exceptions to her training style, which she found offense too because she's a female narcissist), her bad attitude that borderlines ingenuinity had brought forward underlying personal issues I could not attend. I had contacted the police to acquire a birth certification, because they had failed to return the paperwork on the day it was provided, nor provided on the day of termination (they also asked me to sign papers of departure, but I only worked there for 1 day). The main manager had provided sexual/romantic undertones with a female employee that was getting hired at the location, and based on his demeanor in general (although not horrible management), indicated problems at the lower levels I didn't want to attend in employment. I acquired 1 lead in the first 20 to 40 minutes, but it seemed as though her lack of emotional maturity got in the way of common sense. Do not work here, bad place. read more

Bought my home which had this system in place. The lady answering the calls was very rude. Additionally, I was not told how much it would cost to get maintenance done to the system. Had to call back to ask which lead to asking what exactly are they going to do for the price quoted. The lady answering the calls got mad at me for making her explain the information multiple time. The tech that came over was nice and helpful. I will probably not be using this system anymore or the service when maintenance time comes around again. read more

Just wanted to take a moment to say how pleased I am with these folks. Long story short...we sprung a leak in one of the filter housings. I called and spoke with Linda who was very helpful. Since I'm local to their location I drove over and after showing a gentleman ( sorry I didn't get his name) a picture he came back with the replacement part. No charge, covered by warranty. The story doesn't end here. A few days later we noticed another leak. This time it wast a plastic tank. Once again they replaced the tank with a new one. No questions asked. They were extremely professional and prompt. The price seemed high at first but when I was shown the comparison to other equipment and warranties there was no comparison. RainSoft's lifetime guarantee on EVERYTHING convinced me. I'll have this system for 40 years and it will still be under warranty. read more

My wife and I had mailed in for a water test, after being contacted by the office we had an appointment for a test at our home. Our representative was awesome, he got the kids involved and super entertained. We're very surprised how hard our water was and opted to move forward with a system they offered to fix it. It's been a little more than a month and we have noticed a significant difference in our dishwasher performance and our soap consumption. And the fact our youngest child's eczema (sorry if that's a typo) has improved dramatically is such a big bonus. We definitely were not expecting that! wherever they get you from, it comes in the form of a FREE WATER TEST. sounds great for someone who just bought a home with a well. WELL they are the worst thing that almost happened to us. The person who comes to my house is clearly a salesman. They test my water obviously say I need a filter of some kind. Everything sounds like they're trying to sell me something and I bite just to make this encounter pleasant this person is in my home after all. He explains this water system pays for itself with all the free stuff we would get with the package as said below with the detergents and soaps. About 40 mins goes by and finally were at a price/will you sign this second or more people take your "spot" in the line of people who will get this deal at this moment-sure. it says $155 a month.... over 5 years. i ask how much that is in total. a whopping $8,000 i'm like OH OK. thinking this is what every new home owner gets i sign thinking i'm doing something great to preserve the new plumbing in my home. He finally leaves and I do a simple google search since he gave me no time to consider this. Well i see all of these reviews plus a class action lawsuit in Florida. I call immediately to cancel good thing they give you 3 days to do something. I get a text from the man who came to my house.... unprofessional although i wanted to tell him the truth as to why i did not want this anymore and I didn't even mention to him the lawsuit, I did on the phone with whoever I canceled with, but assures me it is not affiliated with whoever he works with. Run away. My mother in law has the equipment and they refuse to service their own equipment. It will be amazing if they can even keep there doors open much longer with that kind of service. Anyone in the industry will tell you not to use this company. read more

They won't stop calling. I have talked to 3 representatives and left 3 messages. Stop calling me! This is harassment!!!

Terrible service and awful product. Every time a service technician comes out we get a different answer to the same question. Their salesman lied to use when we purchased their product - told us the system had a 'lifetime warranty' (a joke!), that the 'free coupons' would help the system pay for itself (of course after we signed we found out they weren't 'free') and that we could pay it off using a credit card to take advantage of our reward points (untrue - American Finco does their financing and they are not a 'credit card company' so they would not let us pay off the invoice with a credit card), said we would only need a 'capful' of detergent to wash clothes (perhaps if we we washing only 1 sock that much would be enough!) and the list goes on. After giving us 3 different BS answers as to why the system wasn't working, the technician finally tried to up the amount of salt the system uses only to discover the 'timing plate' was broken and no longer enabled it to go through the complete recycle process. A new 'timing plate' was only $1,390 and would include a 'lifetime warranty' and it would automatically recycle the water when needed based on usage rather than the setting the timer to recycle (I should note the timer has 6 buttons for a 7 day week!). I told him that my old system already had that capability - it only recycled when it needed to - and I already knew their 'lifetime warranty' was a lie because if the system had a lifetime warranty they would have replaced the timing plate for no charge. I told him to disconnect it. After wasting over $10,000 over the years I'm not spending 1 more penny on Professional Water. Most disreputable company that I have every worked with as a home owner. read more
