The Puyallup Rainier Title team will meet and exceed all exceptions during a real estate transaction no matter if your the home buyer, lender, or realtor. Jennifer Gradin has been a pleasure to work with and is by far the most proactive and communicative escrow closer I've worked with in a long time. She has taken care of 3 of my clients this month and ensured smooth closings. She has also communicated when each of my transactions officially close. I have struggled to have several other escrow companies notify me when a transaction is completed. With Jennifer, I never have to worry or wonder where the transaction is. If you want a title and escrow team that goes above and beyond to ensure you have a positive real estate experience give them a call first! I feel that this review has been earned by Jennifer Gradin and her team. I work with escrow closers and escrow teams day in and day out, as a loan processor. Jennifer and her team are one of the best. Their communication and attention to detail are like none other. I highly enjoy working with Jennifer, and appreciate her great attitude on top of all else. You can tell that she not only truly cares about the clients and all parties involved, but she also takes the utmost pride in her job and representing her team at best. Thank you Team Gradin for your hard work on each file that I have closed with you in the past! Cheers to files in the future, and helping people get into homes!. :) read more

Quite simply, there is no other title and escrow company that we trust with our business. In the many years we have worked with Brandon Diaz, Jennifer Gradin and Gina Marshall, they have not let us down once. In the real estate business, we are approached all of the time by escrow companies looking to acquire our business, but not one has earned it the way the team at Rainier consistently has. Always available, always helpful, always on top of even the smallest of details. I know that every one of my clients is cared for as if they were family. Having a transaction with this team means not having to worry--it will be done and done right. read more

Good morning. I have worked with Rainier Title several times and they are always awesome. However, I would like to acknowledge Michelle Keck and the outstanding service she gave us with our last transaction. She received loan docs late, worked them up and scheduled our borrowers for a late evening signing. The file funded the following day. This would not have happened without Michelle's professionalism, her ability to multi task and her true care for her job. Thank you Michelle! You are truly one of the best. read more

I expect a lot out of myself as a real estate agent and I have those same expectations of the team that I surround myself with. Holly at Rainier Title went above and beyond to work with us (sellers), our buyers, our escrow company, and both lenders to get everything closed before the lending company said they could get it done. It was crucial that we got everything completed by a certain day, and when it looked like it wasn't going to happen, Holly and her team went to work to pull off a miracle. Many thanks to her and her team!! read more
