The foregoing statement is an abject falsity. Mr. Hulen epitomizes what a respectable brokerage should NOT be. The North Proctor franchise is a blight to the otherwise good name of Better Properties. I won't dispense with the details fueling the impetus of this review now, but I'd be glad to share the events substantiating my claim upon request. I've saved the botched paperwork & drafted a timeline chronicling the inane replies, appalling incompetence & brazen lack of care displayed by Mr. Hulen... & YES, I have hard evidence outlining the blunders warranting Mr. Hulen's prompt, decisive attention. . I hope the foregoing serves as a caveat for prospective clients of this brokerage, lest they risk enduring the same fiasco as me. I nearly lost my $2,000 earnest money & the reason I didn't lose it was by ZERO effort of Better Properties. I WAS ON MY OWN & ultimately I was fortunate enough to get the debacle under control with careful strategizing, help of friends in the know & a few prayers!

She took great pride in Tacoma and the work of finding us a home - exactly the kind of person we wanted in our corner when making such an important life decision. Keryn was the agent we could count on to tell us the truth, and to understand what was most important to us. She set our expectations accurately, and knew how to put together a winning offer. Maybe you need to offer an appraisal gap to be competitive, maybe the seller wants to live in the house for an extra two weeks after closing, whatever the variables are, Keryn has the razor-sharp attention to detail that will allow you to put your best foot forward. Unfortunately the real estate field is plagued with a lot of poor agents, whose only concern is their commission check. I've had some really bad realtors and so have my friends. If you breathe air you can become a realtor, something I learned in Phoenix. The process with Cindy was almost stress free and our house sold in less than a week for full price. Even though the market has been doing well, houses in my area were starting to slow down. Similar homes in my neighborhood are just sitting or have been taken off the market. They were for sale before we put our house up. I highly recommend Cindy, she is the best in her field.

They made the process of selling our home better than I could have ever imagined. I am a very organized person who likes to educate myself on most things before I do them. Regina convinced me to take a few extra steps in the sale of my home which, as she said they would, paid off with a faster, easier, and more lucrative sale. My husband and I were not planning to stage our home or do a pre-inspection based on the quality of our home and the fastidiousness of our care for our home. Her willingness to "have skin in the game" by cost sharing per her seller representation agreement convinced us to give it a try. The result was competing offers within 3 days of listing and a 21 day sale of our home for $12,000 over asking! I could not have asked for more. Regina knows her stuff and I would greatly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home. The additional time, access, and care she put on top of all of her expertise is something that sets her and Madison apart from other brokers. I recommend you schedule a visit with her to learn more about what she and Madison have to offer you. It will be the best decision you every made!

Fast forward to the third week of February 2025, everything aligned in my world and I contacted Amanda to do what she told me she would do the first time she stood in my kitchen three years ago, "if you give me the opportunity, I will sell your house." Late February, She walked in dressed in a sheek Amanda Shepherd outfit, oooo'd at the updates that I had made in the house, took notes, and once again looked me dead in my eyes and said, "if you trust me, I will get you the results you want and I will sell your house." I felt it in my soul! Within 48hrs Amanda had put together a checklist of finishing touches and a plan of action to sell my house. This realtor gem of the PNW had an over asking offer in hand in the first 24hours of being on market and went under contract on day five, and we closed in less than 30days. What a dream come true and what a complete blessing and alignment of all things good in the world! It only took 3years, 3 realtors, and the 3rd time of listing to have this be the "3rd times a charm". If you have the opportunity to have Amanda Shepherd as your realtor, I couldn't recommend her more! She went above and beyond in LITERALLY every step of the process including buttoning up loose ends. There aren't enough good things I can say about Amanda, but if you're looking for results and looking for a boss babe realtor that will spare no expense and go above and beyond what you could ever imagine, this is your girl! Thank you Amanda! Crying happy tears!
