I met Andrew Hansen by complete chance at an open house while frantically looking for options and he was immediately welcoming and helpful. Within the week we started working with him as our realtor and my partner and I are endlessly grateful that we did! Within two weeks he submitted my partner and my offer on what is now our home. He helped turn a whirlwind nightmare into the smoothest process that it could have been. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and supportive through the whole process and his communication was seriously top notch. In spite of the very short timeline and chaos of several other major stressors happening all at once, he helped us get back the excitement that should be part of the experience of becoming first time home owners. I highly recommend working with Andrew to purchase your next home!

That said, we wanted to sell our three year old home. We made some improvements over that period. So were does Colleen come in. We were referred to Colleen by a Realtor in Lewiston Idaho. Lewiston is the place we have decided to have our new home built and continue our Retirement. Colleen came to our home. She took a tour then sat down with us. This was late August early September . She listened to why we contacted her, what our expectations were as well as what she believed she could do in a market that was on the down side. We agreed to work with her and move forward. Sales price was agreed on, open house and showings scheduled. Well here is the most positive, she did her part, we did ours as maintaining our home in normal day to day presentable manor. Within 11 days we had a full price offer. We followed the normal back and forth as needed with her great team and awaiting the day of CLOSING.?? All went well, all communication done in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend one take the time to schedule a visit with her and or one of her team members. What's the worst thing that can happen!!! She sells your home, or gets you the best deal on your new one. Fran Delaney

The woman is the office is incompetent unprofessional, unreliable and absurd. They couldn't find my contract or my months of saved credit. They couldn't remember anything about my situation- which was not complicated- despite me calling time and time again to resolve the error THEY made. Since they couldn't find my contract or my credit over 300 dollars worth- I requested that they make sure my items were still in my garage ( I moved cross country and use it as storage). The woman in the office was petty enough to take a picture of the closed garage door, which obviously has no windows, and then email me and say- "I hope this helps you sleep better at night." In what sane world does a picture of a closed door with no view of the items inside give anyone a peace of mind that the items are still there?!? My sister drove three hours round trip that night to make sure my things were still there. They always said they would get right back to me- and they NEVER returned my calls and acted shocked when I called to follow up.
