Joe came recommended from a close work friend of mine and I am so incredibly happy I went with her recommendation and didn't waste time trying to follow any other leads. Joe is incredibly knowledgeable and ensured our comfort throughout the whole process. He explained everything, checked in frequently, and didn't mind that we dragged him all over the corners of Lacey and Olympia as we exhausted every type of home we could think of (well over what google says is the average number of homes people see before committing - thanks for your patience Joe). I felt he represented us well during the closing; he negotiated money back after the inspection and it was approved, he thought of everything. If I could do it all over again, I'd pick Joe and his team again. Shoutout to Charlie Carr as well for his critical role as well. Closing was a breeze - something like in just 17 days with his preferred lender (Eric Lake) who we would also hands down work with again. Overall, I can't recommend enough.

I met Andrew Hansen by complete chance at an open house while frantically looking for options and he was immediately welcoming and helpful. Within the week we started working with him as our realtor and my partner and I are endlessly grateful that we did! Within two weeks he submitted my partner and my offer on what is now our home. He helped turn a whirlwind nightmare into the smoothest process that it could have been. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and supportive through the whole process and his communication was seriously top notch. In spite of the very short timeline and chaos of several other major stressors happening all at once, he helped us get back the excitement that should be part of the experience of becoming first time home owners. I highly recommend working with Andrew to purchase your next home!

There was an an issue with our buyers financing that caused a delay in our closing but he ensured that both our deals still went through. There is more to choosing a real estate agent that just finding someone who has sold a lot of houses, you want someone who will fight for you and Kramer is 100% that person!!

They messed up everything, paid NO attention to pertinent details and almost made me loose the Condo I purchased. No thanks to myself with knowing quite a bit about realty, I ran after them, triple checking their work and making them correct all of their endless numerous mistakes. Thank God I've purchased houses before and knew the procedures and requirements. I've NEVER dealt with a bunch of negligent and totally incompetent people in my life. One of Tracy Zuck's many lies was that she promised to buy a Home Warranty for a full year since I was purchasing the Condo without a pre inspection and after the washer failed I found out the Home Warranty didn't even cover the appliances which is a basic reason for a Home Warranty. With speaking to her Office Manager he himself purchased a plan for me. The two above mentioned Movement Mortgage employees are totally incompetent as well. I just don't know how they thrive in life itself. They are NOT to be trusted with any aspect of purchasing a home.
