we ran into Rand in Home Depot while I was searching for plumbing supplies to fix my leaking shower…read morevalve, he approached me and told me exactly how to fix it, was awesome, so my wife asked where he worked and he gave her the info and his number, I went home afterwards and created and even bigger leak,so I had the wife give Rand a call, his partner and another gentleman showed up a few hours later to give me a bid, they showed up on time and explained in detail the best fix for my situation and even took the time to tell me why. was way more then I expected from the bid and I really appreciated the time he took to let me know why.basically we had to go from two valves to one big circular valve. basically I needed to join the future and get rid of my 25 plus year old valves. so after they left we called another company and they showed up the next morning and as you would no they did beatRock Creeks bid by a few bucks, but the plumber was rude and didn't care for our business so that made it real easy for us, we called Rand back and he had his partners back out here a few hours latwe, they where just as pleasent as they were the day before, they came in clean and left my house the same way clean and tidy, it took them about an hour. and I'm very happy with the job done, fair prices and great customer service, job well done thanks guys.

Save yourself time and call Quail Electric first. Seriously. I spent and enormous amount of time…read moreemailing and making phone calls trying to find anyone to help me, and Mike with Quail was the ONLY one who offered to come out that day to restore electricity to my well. We opted to wait until the next day, for day light. Mike and team came out the next morning, during the time they said they'd arrive, gave a courtesy 10 mins out fyi text. Ran a temporary line to my pump house and even generously took the time to unfreeze my water pipes before the busted. Oh my! That could have been a whole other headache. Mike and I scheduled a time for him to come back out to run a permanent line to the pump house. He emailed a bid that included a few options for our outdated pump house that we had talked about. I appreciated his opinions, expertise, communication skills and honesty. When Mike and team from Quail returned a few weeks out, he gave the same 10 minutes out from arrival courtesy text. That was much appreciated. When they arrived they busted a move. The trench was dug, the new panel was put into place. He double checked his work and made sure the well pressure tank had emptied and fired up to refill. To top off their efficient and quality work, when I paid my bill it was under the bid he has quoted via email. I was shocked, there is still honest people out there!! He could have easily charged me the bid and left. I will use Quail Electric again and have his information saved in my phone... and his cool sticker on my electric panel.

When our heat pump recently began to lose its cooling ability and with summer coming in a week, we…read moredecided to find an HVAC repair company we can depend on for home heating and cooling. Luckily, using Yelp, I came upon Hammerstrom Heating and Cooling and called Braden. He quickly accepted the challenge and within a couple of hours arrived at our home. Since our heat pump is a 2001 Trane 2-1/2 ton model, it required using R-438A refrigerant rather than the old R-22 that it originally used. He promptly obtained the R-438A coolant and came directly to our house. After troubleshooting the system, he flushed out the old heat pump refrigerant and filled it with R-438A refrigerant. He checked for any leaks in the heat pump and the air handler unit. Braden did a great job. He is an honest, knowledgeable, and reliable professional with years of HVAC experience. I highly recommend him, and the cost for his service was very reasonable.

I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and work ethic they displayed as it took approximately twice as long as was expected. They just kept at it until all three lines were completely cleared and running clear. Sean was the lead on this group. I thought the final cost was very reasonable considering they and a two man crew from Goeble worked for nearly 4 hours on what was originally estimated to take a little over half that time.

A great surprise. If you had asked me BEFORE what I thought of plumbers or the plumbing business,…read moreI would have said that it is a parasitical business that should be regulated by the government because of the overwhelming tendency to fraud. So I was nervous when I needed a plumber. But they worked fast, as if they were trying to get the job done as quickly as possible to keep the bill down. They could have dragged their heals a little bit to puff up the bill, but they didn't. Given that this isn't a business that can benefit from repeat business from loyal customers, it is honesty for honesty's sake.
