The staff were unbelievably kind and helpful from the check in staff, to the nurse (Erika?), who took vitals, tests and a breathing treatment, and the wonderful, kind doctor who diagnosed me quickly, did the needed tests and called in the antibiotics so quickly that even though it was evening , I was able to get started on them tonight. I appreciate this facility's staff so much and just wanted to give them a shout out for going above and beyond and being so outstanding.

I said sure, I'll take it. Well, the splint company sent me a bill for $250.00. When I called UC Health billing they told me that was not their problem, the splint company said it wasn't their problem as the nurse had told me an untrue amount (according to them). I spent months calling the UC Health Urgent Care, the splint company and UC billing. Nothing could be done so I had to pay the 250.00. That is just wrong! I did my due diligence and asked for a price up front. I will not recommend any UC Health facility because of this. No wonder insurance is so high! People are getting duped!

I have had 2 healthy and beautiful daughters, 9 & 4 and I couldn't have had better care while pregnant and female health. I will highly recommend him until the day he retires! The Longmont Clinic has changed alot since become UCH Health but I do think everything they have done as a clinic and business is wonderful. Most of the staff are very good and the buildings are always clean.

Excellent doctor and she is not a pill pusher. My husband sees Dr. Fretwell and he too is happy with the medical care all these years. The front desk did a great job checking us in and showing us to the exam room right away. Next person came in right away and took notes and checked vitals. Then the doctor came right in, which was a couple of minutes ahead of our appointment time, which we all know seldom occurs. Doctor showed great empathy and care in dealing with us. Ended up getting x-rays which happened immediately there after. It did take a bit for them to get them ready, which takes place elsewhere. Thank you for such wonderful care!
