The store is bright, seemed organized well with inventory and even a super discount rack in the rear. However, when browsing for over 10 minutes and seeing four staff (3 working on a display, 1 at the register) and none approach for help I was not too pleased. At one point a staffer turned and smiled...that is just weird! Come over and ask if we need help. My daughter was looking for specifics of style in a long sleeve. We left the store not purchasing anything. Probably will not come back.

Despite the fact that I had already said we didn't need help, the girl proceeded to ask my daughter questions, making her visibly uncomfortable. After seeing my daughters distress I decided to simply walk out. On my way ot the door I hear the girl call me a stuck up bitch. We were warmly welcomed by their longtime employee Tami who is now Asst Manager. She's the best and great seeing her again after a few years. She even remembered me, wow! My wife browsed the back room clearance racks which is where my daughter always started. She learned from her mom. Another employee assisted too! The customer service is always top notch. The extensive stock of varieties of fragrances was quite remarkable. I was taken back by the prices, but they offer quality products like Chanel and Dior. I also got a watch adjusted from their watch department and was very satisfied. Unfortunately they were short of staff, so the wait exceeded 30 minutes. The adjustment was complimentary. Finally, my daughter tried on shoes and received excellent service. However, she did not find what she was looking for. I will continue to shop Macy's.
