They pride themselves on a good team enviorment, work place, and money. The pay is barely enough if you aren't scheduled much, which they do pick favorites and schedule who kisses up the most, the work place is either so low you'll age past 50 before you get a customer or so fast your head will be left spinning and in either case you'll be screamed and yelled at to clean more, do more and be the perfect little employee on 8 dollars an hour. The team is full of attitude and drama and is not worth any amount of effort. Also, these people know their main demographic is teenagers and yet dont adhere to sports schedule, punish people for taking off, and guilt trip LITERAL TEENAGERS until they pick up shifts. You are expected to clean everything, everywhere at anytime and even if you do everything they ask it is not enough because they expect you to "find" things to do in the establishment but when you take up leadership when no one else is you're told to be in your place. As well, you are always blamed for every problem. Bad review? Your fault, bad inspection score? Your fault, upset customer? Your fault, everything? Your fault They are a very nepo baby business where you only get promotions if they like you. If they dont? You're in bad luck! They dont punish who they like the best, they give every promotion to who they like the best, not the most skilled. Also, the owner employees her children and never punish them for anything even when they are directly named, but mess up once as a treat team member who just joined and you'll get call after call of "needing a break from Ritas" and "we may let you go" And after a while, they force you off the schedule, slap you on the butt and tell you to take a hike.
