Their website said an appointment usually takes 60-90 minutes, but I was very pleased he spent extra time (a little over 2 hrs.) doing my SUV. I am a newcomer to So. Dak. and snow country, so my SUV had only the undercoat the dealer had applied 18 yrs. ago in Calif. Kevin explained that some of the rubber plugs, whose purpose is to keep road moisture off the frame, were missing on the frame under my vehicle. However, he was able to treat those open areas with the Woolwax, so the frame is now protected from salt, brine and water despite the missing plugs. He also found some of the plastic shields under the wheel wells were loose due to some missing plastic clips, and he installed those clips. He explained I will no longer need to to get the underbody of my car washed when I go through the car wash, because the clear Woodwax treatment will protect the SUV from the salt, brine and water. He said the clear wax treatment will actually last longer if I DON'T wash the underbody of my car. Kevin texted me pictures of his completed work, and it couldn't look any cleaner under my car, in the wheel wells and in the door jambs.
