So I went into LYS on August 22nd inquiring about a skirt. She asked if I wanted to try the skirt on I declined being as though she told me the skirt was one size fits all. When I actually got home to try the whole outfit on together I noticed that the skirt was indeed not the same skirt advertised on her Instagram page. So I went back to the store to inform her that I was not satisfied her response was " it's the same skirt as hers during the photo shoot the material was too heavy and it ripped so instead of her restocking the two diamond she restocked the one diamond" which is not advertised on her page. I asked what was the refund policy because I didn't see one on the receipt. She then point to the policy stating that all sales are final no refunds or exchanges. The skirt was priced at $160. The first picture is the skirt I inquired about the second picture is the skirt she is displaying in her boutique. Please don't shop here!

The boutique owner is also a personal stylist so the clothes and accessories are well curated. A lot of the clothing is geared to the college age but there's many pieces appropriate for all ages. There's accessories too and table display with stylish jewelry. The owner sells new items from her personal stylist business at 30% off. There's also a 50% off sale rack. The dressing rooms are a good size, well lit and have a chair. The boutique is a good addition to this area of mostly chain stores.

I am a regular customer but their security can't seem to tell the difference or don't care. They like shadowing me every time I shop there. Also from my observation they don't seem to do that to the white folks who shop there. I believe the managers are complicit as well. The sad part about this is that the managers and security are African Americans. They should know better.
