I have been using them since October, when we started they let me know that the filters would be clean every 3 to 4 months. Every-time they come they tell me they don't have time to do it! I had an issue with the spa and the warranty company told me to have them clean it (back in October). Today, I was told they will no longer be servicing our home... no 2 week heads up or anything. I asked if they could clean the filters on this last cleaning and they said, they don't have time. They have a 4 hour window of arrival. I work from home and have dogs.... Apparently, it was brought to my attention that them waiting for 1 min and 12 seconds to give me time to put my dogs away - (without a prior call/text to let me know they're on their way) was an issue for them. I have 3 dogs... either text or be kind and wait 1 min... you're only here about 10 minutes anyways.

CHW INFORMED ME That POOLSIDE POOL SUPPLY Charles Higgins had submitted additional work and the dollar amount was in question for the repairs however, on that same day, Charles emailed that the work had been completed? CHW Informed me that on Saturday June 27, that Charles Higgins the owner had received the authorization and he completed the work on that day, Not True, and I was still awaiting a reply because he was not available till the following week so that was untrue. I also emailed Kaylee to send me a receipt for the cash payment of $100.00 given to Charles on that Wednesday June 24, 2026 which I shouldn't have to request it They should've just sent it immediately receiving the cash or paper receipt The leaking had worsen. Charles the owner and is always the tech himself was booked had he could not return until the following week which was 29th Charles came by I guess the gate was unlocked as camera showed him taking photographs the equipment stating that he had done the repairs which is untrue maybe 10 mins if that taking his photos. So we had already hired a professional POOL SERVICE Co. to come out and repair it as we were not going to have all that leaking going on all weekend including the two additional days during the week. We should've been a *Priority as this should not have been leaking period!! Whether he moved cut shifted reset etc. pvc piping I don't know, however, Charles's caused it. He now claims he never touched it. It was not about money. It was about the customer service and the repair that was needed. I don't know if CHW paid Charles twice double or just extra additional work Charles knows exactly what he Submitted that he claimed. I don't know that's between them however, this is what actually happened. I do recall reading negative feedback here as well with this PoolSide Pool Supply Service with Charles Higgins. When we initially contacted him, we were concerned because the big pool supply place in Bakersfield was telling us we needed to drain our pool and pour tons of chemicals to make it right. Erik was able to diagnose that this was not the case, that rather our pool had just been drained and just needed the initial chemicals to begin (saving us tons of money and aggravation). He does our weekly maintenance and is good at helping us with any issues or questions we might have. Our pool is always nice and clean all year round.
