I had a…read morecouple ongoing issues from running, and didn't have a Primary Care Physician that I see, mainly because I've been pretty healthy all my life due to my exercise regimen. I wasn't sure what to expect and was very nervous, as doctor visits always give me anxiety. The medical center wasn't hard to find at all, and parking was convenient. It's a hop and skip from 400, near the Cumming exit (14 I believe), and easy access to Market Blvd. I actually ended up going to Dick's since I was early for my appointment, and there is a ton of food options and shopping up this way to pass time. I went into the facility and took the elevator to the 2nd floor. The office was on the corner, and wasn't too hard to find. I filled out the paperwork, and waited to be seen. The staff did a great job with their service, and directing me where to go and what to do. The bathroom had a convenient window in it for urine/stool samples. The MA came in and did my blood pressure and family history, and personal history, and I went over my issues with her. Afetr that, it didn't take too long to be seen by Dr. De. Dr. De was very professional and nice. She went over all my issues, did a quick physical and also addressed a minor issue I was having due to shaving. I really liked her approach and how easy she was to talk to regarding everything that was bothering me. She referred me to two specialists, and then prescribed me something for my minor shaving issue (ingrown hairs suck). She also said if the prescription was too much, let her know and she would adjust. She also caught my high blood pressure, and wanted me to come back in a week to have it checked out again. I then saw one of the MA's to have blood drawn (I HATE needles), and she did a wonderful job easing my tension. Overall, a great visit and would certainly recommend Dr. De to anybody else seeking a Primary Care Physician.

They utilized this opportunity to charge us with unwanted preventive care services. tests came in and they asked us to set up an appointment. we learned that later that they are charging $100+ for me & wife separately. but we were not told ahead of time that we will be charged. Its very easy for anyone to read the test results and could have avoided this. Some of the staff doesn't even know English. We got the surprising bill manipulating as different services. they suggested like you can do this at home yourself but then keep saying we can quickly take care of it here, never disclosed anything about how much they will charge us. In this economy people are finding really hard time to find a job. how hard is to tell them we charge this much for this service. so that we can decide if we want to do it or not. Its very unfair practice in my opinion :(.

We found Dr. Sundararajan to be thorough, highly knowledgeable and very caring. She took the time to talk and listen to us. She asked all the right questions and ordered the appropriate blood work and follow-up care. She was genuinely caring and explained everything clearly and made us feel well-cared for. The clinic was also well run despite a lot of patients. We were seen within about half an hour and every staff member was very nice, friendly and professional, from the check in to the medical assistant and phlebotomist.
