It was my first time here and my first time getting a wax. The place is quiet and clean. The man who did my massage had no idea what he was doing and was physically hurting me, shooting off every nerve in my body that I am still experiencing, despite my repeated requests and showing him to go softer and slower. He dug so deep into my the nerves in my arm it is still shooting, he literally skull crushed my head, and his massage was so fast it felt like I was getting scrubbed down. Again, I repeatedly spoke up. I couldn't wait for it to be done and felt more tense as he was massaging me. He did not respect my requests or exposure of my body, I had to get up and end the massage early. Absolutely horrible experience

This review is strictly for Lisa M. because even though I don't go there as often as others might,…read moreshe's the soul reason I come back every time I need a wax done. I've been coming to her since 2019 when I was recommended by a friend. I go to her right before a vacation to get a Brazilian wax, my underarms, and a stomach strip added. When I tell you my nerves are always through the roof each and every time I think about getting the Brazilian done especially that inner part (if you know you know ) and let me tell you, each and every time she calms my nerves. Shes non-stop talking the entire appointment and asking questions or just simple input, which I love because it helps to keep you distracted and it doesn't leave any room for that awkwardness or for it to get quiet and then you focus on the wax again. She'll warn you when she's about to wax certain areas that can be a little tougher/more sensitive and also reminds you to BREATHE which I find super helpful because I'm sweating and gripping the chair from my nerves and then it's over in a second. I also really liked that she took into consideration how cold the room was so she had me do my underarms quick and put my shirt back on so I wasn't shivering in the beginning. Super considerate & I highly recommend. You can definitely tell she's been doing this for years.

I was left with dark circles under both arms, these pictures were taken 1 month after treatment. I called and told them what happened, to cancel my laser pass, because I did not want to continue. Bad experience overall with scars to remember it by. Stay away!! Update: I did contact the establishment again and was told they would follow-up with me, it's been 2 weeks. Really, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Sara & Odete have won my business for life!…read more I came here recently for a root touch-up and bayalage. Making the appointment was easy - I texted with Sara to schedule but you can also schedule online. When I showed up for my appointment I was told Sara's car had broken down therefore she was running very late. Instead of turning me away and telling me to reschedule completely, Odete swept into action and did my roots. We had a tough time finding a color match (since my previous color was done at a different salon) but she went above and beyond to perfectly match and she did! Sara ended up making it into work right before my rinse therefore we decided to reschedule the bayalage. I came back the following week and everyone remembered me by name (even Oksana the nail lady)! Sara meticulously did my bayalage and made sure I was comfortable as I sat for 3 hours to get the perfect highlights put into my hair. Everything turned out perfectly and the blowout was great, as well. I cannot wait to come back here for touch-ups and color going forward.
