One being an African American woman who was loading straws into their container while I was getting coffee. I didn't see any stir sticks out, so I kindly asked her "Can I just grab a straw real quick?". She took a deep breath in, rolled her eyes and turned her head to opposite side of where I was standing, didn't say a word and wouldn't even look at me. I thought "uh, ok?" and just grabbed a straw to stir my coffee. I then proceeded to check out area, where I stood for several mins as she continued doing what she was doing. She finally came up to check me out. I had two coffees, she scanned and then mumbled something under her breath. I didn't hear what she said and I thought maybe she asked for my phone number for points, so I asked "my phone number, is that what you asked?". She VERY RUDELY again rolled her eyes, cocked her neck from side to side and said "No I didn't" as she continued to roll her eyes. Yet she didn't repeat what she said. I just put my card in to pay and got out of there. She was EXTREMELY RUDE for absolutely no reason whatsoever. I highly recommend this place put her through more customer service training because she so badly needs it! They'll know exactly who it was if they pull record of early morning 3/22/26. I didn't get her name because I grabbed my coffee's and got out of there. There is ZERO excuse for her behavior. Will NOT be returning to this gas station for anything else!

Came here after driving up the street from a different Murphy Express that was closer to I-20 (yes,…read morethe other Murphy Express that closed off it's restrooms and wouldn't allow any customers to use them). The four of us used the restroom here and looked at the various snacks and drinks. I asked one of the employees what the differences were between the slushies (or slurpees) and the frozen ices. To me, the brightly colored semi-frozen drinks looked like they were the same as they were in the vending machine that constantly swirled them around. The employee looked at me like I was wasting his time and said, "I've worked here for years and I've never had any of them, so I don't know what the differences are!" You would think that someone selling these things would learn a little something about them in the many years that he's worked here, but nope! About two minutes after that, the same employee yelled to one of his co-workers who was near the entrance, bellowing, "DON'T LET ANYONE ELSE IN THE STORE!" Anyone still in the store was allowed to leave, though ... Oh! It was closing time at 11 pm, and grumpy wanted to get the heck out of here. After taking our turns in the restrooms, we bought a slushy and a bag of spicy beef jerky. While we were paying at the cash register, the grumpy and tired employee, who had locked the front door and was on the inside ensuring that the only people going through the door were four of us, was now yelling at some woman who wanted to come inside. The employee kept yelling, "WE'RE CLOSED, MA'M! WE'RE CLOSED! to her". As we walked toward the door, grouchy unlocked the door and glared at us as we walked out. The snack and drink was good. The customer service was just absolutely horrible! Don't come here at closing time, because one of the employees will be a grouch.

The inside was cute def had that comfortable lounge about kinda place I so wish I can sit in all day long being a lazy bum but I have mouths to feed so that's not happening! The waitress was extremely nice took our order without any issues (you order at the counter). I had the tiki burger, it came with bacon and pineapple drenched in barbecue sauce, it was delicious so good I could feel the buttons on my pants give away to my expanding stomach. Ok enough about me let's talk about what the others ordered, yep you will rethink who's the real fatty!! They ordered the fried burger with fried French fries whoa.... guess my tiki burger wasn't so bad after all lol. Ok their fried burgers were yummy to the order did come with onions and jalapeño when they weren't ordered but they sucked it up and just picked them out. The only complaint i did have was it took an extremely long time to get the fried burgers out I highly recommend if u are pressed for time you call in the order ahead of time, over all give it a try!!
