And they really make my day, I feel like I'm going to see friends not just going to stop in to get merchandise, I always see them clinging, I always see them going out the way to make sure it's good customer service, they're willing to help you. I am a member of the Sip-N-Save club where for $5.99 a month a member can get a fountain drink or coffee, any size, one per day. Fixed my soda and moved to the checkout. The clerk gave the total and I informed her I was a member of the club. She said, sorry, our screens are down. I asked her what I should do.....she told me to call the help desk! I then told her if I have to pay for the soda, then I don't want it. She then said she would throw it away for me. I am in there virtually every day...
