Hardly any staff wearing face masks, filthy waiting room where customers weren't wearing face masks either. After 30 mins a man called me over to tell me he had locked my car keys inside the car! I have no idea how this happened but it was clearly my problem- it was suggested I go home to get the spare key, or that someone else at home bring the key. I explained this was the only car we had. There was a lot of shrugging if shoulders and no effort to help.  In the end my daughter had to leave her work, go to my house pick up the spare key and bring it to the car wash - a round trip of 45 minutes. They then charged me 1/2 price. I left and on my way home noticed that the drivers footwell was filthy ..., half the car hadn't been cleaned this left me feeling very angry and will certainly not be visiting again. Washed my car and blasted my new 4D custom registration plates with pressure washer to the point…read morethey came off entirely. Tried to get me to drive on but I saw the staff all whispering to each other. I got out my car to my front plate falling on the floor. Would have put me off the road if lost and seen driving with no registration. No other way home but to drive as live fair distance away. Principle of allowing me to believe all is well and to drive on and put myself at risk of fines or trouble with the law at their hands. I am a young woman standing in the middle of Ibrox streets and feel this is not acceptable. They still proceeded to take my payment. I sat outside for 40 minutes trying to ask for screws and screwdriver. Eventually was told to pull into their valet space for the light while they try figure out what can be done. Eventually after being there a long while I get help putting bigger threaded screws back on registration to at least mean I can drive home safely. LEGALLY. Not impressed. "Boss" came and gave me my money back with a number to call if my plate came off while on the road.
