They actually have very little stock - only a few items/sizes for any given option, and do not offer any of the tall sizes, though they do have a petite section. I left with 2 cozy sweaters, but no pants. They do seem to offer very easy returns and online returns, as several people were ahead of me with holiday returns and were quickly in and out.

'Worked there': workers try to be cut throat, but came out to be a bunch of annoying individuals…read morethat no one wants to work with. Employees are too lazy to train, but somehow want shift lead/assistant manager position pay. They talk about you and customers for no reason, to other employees. I was sent to the dressing rooms to work for the rest of the day and gotten told to "do my job" in front of customers, by the manager, as he walks by. He could have pulled me aside and told me that. I'm not going to discourage people to not work here, just giving my perspective at this place. It's a great job to work if they have people who are fun to work with and not a'holes.

Simply checking the "pick up in store" option allows you to get the same clothes you would in the store at an added discount. I have asked employees if they would honor the online code and they said that they could not - seems a bit silly to me. All in all, the clothing is well styled but not made all that well. At the price point, it's PERFECT for a growing child. I'll return to buy more, but only when things are on sale.

As always, the store has a bunch of sizes (from tiny up to size 16) for you to try on. It's very rare that they run out of the popular sizes unless they're at the end of the season. The saleswomen at this location are fantastic and they constantly come in the dressing area to ask how you are doing and to see if they can get you any other sizes. I especially like the fact that they suggest different accessories (belt, shrugs, jackets) for each outfit and they have low-heeled shoes for you to wear when you try on your outfits in case you happen to be in winter boots or running shoes like I usually am! As the name states, they carry white, neutral and black stuff....but it's all clothes that you can mix and match with more colorful stuff from other places if you like that pop of color in your wardrobe. The cuts of the clothes are very flattering for all kinds of different body types and ages. I've seen everyone from tiny girls to "Rubinesque" ladies, from teenagers to grandmothers walk out of this store with something in hand that they were excited to wear. If you're looking for well-made, beautiful clothes that will see themselves through many seasons (because all of their styles are classic and won't date themselves) go over here and try some stuff on! That's right, the clearance section was in neat and all clothing was in order. I was looking for a longer length on a specific pair of jeans, so I asked the employee to see if they can help, and without a doubt, the cashier was able to do a bit of search. Although they didn't carry the longer length I wanted, I was still grateful that the employees still tried. The Old Navy in the Parma opened a couple months back. Sandwiched between AC Moore and JC Pennys, Old Navy's location is great! There's a ton of parking shared between all the stores in the plaza so you do not have to worry about finding a spot. Great store and friendly staff, check this location out!
