Henry seemed extremely knowledgeable and explained what the problem was and what all of our options were very clearly. He did show up a little late, but in his defense our house is a bit hard to find. We've been in contact with him the past few days as we've been contemplating our options, and he has provided very helpful information every step of the way. Unfortunately it looks like we're going to have to replace the unit, but the prices we got from Henry were competitive, and we are confident that he and his team will do a great job. SoFlow came on time and the installer was the same guy that initially inspected her old unit. Both gentlemen were very nice and they did a great job taking away the old unit and putting the new unit on a new pad and plumbing in the ducting and drain pipe. I was only able to speak with them over the phone, but their communication was excellent and they reiterated everything they did in detail. From the very start of beginning the process of finding the right AC system, Emmanuel was extremely responsive to all texts and messages, at basically all times of the day. I had a million inane questions and concerns; he answered all of them. We narrowed the list to three 5-ton options. The most expensive one was of my choosing, an American Standard unit, and the other two were a Rheem and a GrandAire (which I hadn't heard of before, it's a subsidiary of Carrier). He recommended strongly that I go with the cheapest one, the GrandAire. He was absolutely correct! It saved thousands of dollars, and it works extremely well. He added a new Nest thermostat, as well. I couldn't be happier. The [minimum 2-year] warranty that he backs up his work with has to be one of the best. If you're in the market for any HVAC work, do not hesitate to hit up Emmanuel and Island Breeze Air.
