Recently, after a fall flared up an old injury, I was feeling pretty bad -- pain, hip locked up, piriformis syndrome suspected, whole bunch of nonsense. I thought "well, it can't get much worse!" and scheduled an initial acupuncture appointment. Three days after the treatment (which included cupping), my hip was moving completely differently, and a week later I was still processing the difference. I wouldn't describe myself as skeptical, I just normally don't have that noticeable an impact after a single session, so this was pretty awesome.
