So many things in here that I grew up going to garage sales and seeing including the same style of plates that I grew up with in my grandma's house. They have books, knives, and every little knick-knack you could possibly imagine. They even have a music section in a 70s album section with all kinds of vinyl from past decades. The staff is excellent and was very helpful about informing me different items and their value. You could spend hours in here and it's definitely worth stopping in and seeing if there's something you like or remember growing up with! Even the younger girl working with her was polite. The store has a nice variety of items, although they're somewhat scattered throughout. Strike #1: This visit was the complete opposite. The woman at the front was rude and snappy from the moment we walked in. Last year we started downstairs, so when my daughter asked if she could go downstairs, I told her yes. Before I could even finish telling my kids that I was coming with them, the employee abruptly interrupted me and barked, "You have to stay with your kids at all times." That was already my plan. There was no reason to cut me off or speak to me like I was an irresponsible parent. Strike #2: My son found a toy he really liked. He pressed the button a couple of times to make sure it worked before asking me if he could get it. He was being patient and waiting for his turn to speak. Instead of giving him a chance, the same employee walked all the way from the front of the store upstairs just to scold him for pressing the button. It was completely unnecessary and made my son feel like he had done something wrong when he hadn't. Customer service can make or break a business, and unfortunately this visit was enough for me. I won't be spending my money here again, and I certainly won't recommend this store to anyone looking for a welcoming shopping experience.

There where multiple delays (excuses) for not meeting the delivery timelines and nothing was delivered on scheduled as verbally promised. This was a 16 week process that resulted in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I'm still stuck with 6 floor model chairs and no dining room table, I even offered to pay a re-stock fee to return the unused chairs. Catrina would not budge, it's was all about the enormous of money she gouged from this Veteran for 6 'overpriced' floor model custom chairs.

My master walk-in closet got a facelift thanks to Kathy!…read more It's been 4 months since moving into our new house, and organizing that closet was a task I kept putting off. Kathy was able to do it all in a day. There's no better feeling than actually being able to walk into your closet without having clothes in mounds covering the floor and having everything organized by color and category. I wished I had watched her fold clothes because her technique is amazing and I'm not sure I can fully replicate it. Kathy also spent time searching online for storage solutions and being able to utilize her trade discount to purchase some of the items was so nice. I really appreciated her friendly communication and professionalism. When I mentioned how I thought this was insensitive to the children recently murdered in Florida by this weapon, I got weak replies along the lines of their inability to control what people sold in their store. "We are all sensitive to what happened in Florida", one said. "Not if you condone this," was my reply. So, as far as I'm concerned, this store is doing their part to glorify one of the most deadly weapons society has seen.
