This is far more a bar than a restaurant. The food was good but there's not much on the menu. They made a solid effort of being more than just bar food. The help from everyone from the woman at the door to the cook to our waitress were all friendly and it didn't take long to get our food. The food here was amazing! We stopped for lunch right after they opened. My chicken sandwich was very good and clearly freshly made with real freshly breaded chicken. I've been to over 800 bars traveling for line work and this place has the best drinks I've had anywhere in the country! The Railspur is poised to be one of the hottest spots in town. Like everything Chad Willett does, it's cool, edgy and fantastic. I had the pleasure of attending the soft opening. I tried two of their specialty cocktails and was very impressed. I'm normally a beer/wine drinker, but wanted to try the beverages they hope to become known for. I tried the strawberry rhubarb cosmopolitan and the agua fresca fizz. Both drinks were delightful, but the agua fresca was especially delicious--light, refreshing and not too sweet! We were able to try a few of their food items. The meats and cheese on the charcuterie board were top notch, and I'm a charcuterie snob! The brioche buns brought something new to the classic dinner roll with their seasonings and jam. The calamari was light and tender and the whiskey meatballs had me wanting seconds. Chef/owners Juan Coronado and Seth Stefanik have earned their great reputation in this community and it's awesome to see them as part of this venture. The vibe inside the Railspur is classy and cool. The food is the best in town in my opinion. Los Conejos Food Truck is under contract with them and the food is simply unmatched in Cheyenne especially. We ordered the cheeseburger and the carrots and broccoli (not pictured). The drinks were great too. Good beer tap options. We tried some of their house cocktails the espresso martini 10/10 and the three oh seventy five also a 10/10 for those looking for a refreshing drink with a kick. Just WOW - what a treat to have here in Cheyenne WY. Had a solid Caribbean style cocktail with Jamaican rum - was eh okay not really anything special as would expect similar on a cruise ship or when get to St Thomas a tourist type of drink - so kinda cool to offer in Cheyenne WY. Buddy had a strawberry cocktail, they were outta strawberry so substituted raspberries and he indicated was quite tasty. Buddy had the Elk Gyros which the server indicated was their top seller - he indicated would order it again. They offer a coffee menu, desserts and breakfast looks like from the hours and menu - will definitely try their coffee and dessert next time too. I got two items the frites and Brussel sprouts. The potatoes of course were French fries and added blue cheese and aioli as a dip. They were good not great as aioli in particular was underwhelming, might order again as though tasty in the end dressed up French fries are well frites. Now to the star of the show and why the four stars instead of three as there are a few issues right now they'll need to clean up as would've gotten three stars if not for - they crushed the Brussel sprouts - seriously the best has ever had in my life. I'll let the Los Cojones boyz tell ya' their methodology rather than disclose it and screw up the instructions in the process. They are just full of flavor, crisp texture, mixed in with some other ingredients and just a wow factor up in the stratosphere for appetizers. Great building, smaller inside than would guess, solid bar presence and looks like a good beer tap selection. The service staff is not pushy, they have a comfortable presence and good opinions on the menu and drinks. Would I go back - hell yeah, I would - this is a sorta place that Cheyenne should be thanking their lucky stars has opened here and I do expect as time goes on will see some improvements in the cocktails and other touches as don't wanna award a five star and not leave room for improvement. read more

No I don't recommend eating breakfast here. Our food was so basic. It was served on an 8inch tray with a little roll of eggs undercooked bacon and overcooked potatoes. until hey get rid of the fly infestation. I will say the building was nice. read more
