I was injured and went to e.r., was on so much pain and couldnt go back to work, i made a follow up visit to see this place as yelp says good review. And he made me not go back to work still because of my confition. but he couldnt provide me a work note from the time after emergency visit till i see him. Thats why i made a follow up visit to see a doctor because i was still injured to go back to work. And he continue to have me off work after that. Then someone told me, dont believe on reciews because some pays someone to put reviews. But i wish i could go back time and didnt even bother to see him. Don't go to the facility where he works. He's fine, and nice, but you'll lose a lot of your life in the waiting room before you're seen. Even if you have an appointment, or are drastically ill, you will always wait anywhere between a half hour and an hour to be seen. read more

I evacuated because of the fires and was having trouble breathing. I went to this urgent care to get help. They called the medication into a cvs up north by accident. I called them to ask them to change the location to my local CVS and they said I had to do it. I told them that CVS now only accepts voicemails from patients and that providers can get through more quickly. They refused to call CVS themselves. Having already been evacuated and dealing with that stress combined with my issues with breathing, I find their lack of empathy and compassion to be unacceptable. Horrible customer service! I have been on the phone for over 30 minutes! I called to just get a doctors note for proof of absence for work! And they keep putting me on hold and forgetting about me. The first time they asked if I could hold and I said yeah no problem. They finally picked up the phone again and asked me what I needed. I said I need a doctors note please and they said let me put you on hold for a few minutes. So I waited for five minutes and they picked up the phone again and asked what I needed again! I told them a second time "I need a doctors note"they put me on hold again! five minutes later they picked up and asked me how they can help me!! I said I just need a doctors note and they put me on hold again then they never picked up! They obviously don't take people over the phone serous enough! Smh don't go here at all. This Urgent Care is smaller in size but larger in care for their patients, thanks to Dr Rahimi.

Dr. Rahimi is great. But the staff at this place is very unprofessional. I went there a few weeks ago to take a TB test for my kids' school volunteer. One of the nurses ( I wish I remembered her name) ask me to show her the test spot in the waiting room before I checking in ( which shouldn't happen in the first place). I didn't think much and showed her. Her face didn't not look good so I asked if it's okay. She said the Dr. will ask me to come back later to do X-ray and it looks definitely positive. I went back to wait for the Dr. since it's lunch break. I waited for 20mins. That was the most terrible 20mins in my life thinking about my 2 young kids at home, how they might be infected. I felt horrible. Then the Dr. came back and confirmed it's negative in a second. As I walked out of the room, I overheard that nurse trying to make sense of her behavior by exaggerating how bad it looked. She never apologize to me. This is a very unpleasant experience and how that nurse handled this is very unprofessional. read more

I am so happy I found this place! I presented to this urgent care with cold symptoms and bronchitis. Unfortunately, it was a Monday morning, so they were swamped, and I did not have an appointment. However, I was in and out within 2 hours! The staff was very professional, caring, and friendly. Though they were swamped, they never made me feel rushed. Dr. Rahimi is a gem! He listened to my concerns. I don't remember the nurses' names and the front office staff, however, they were all awesome! I will return if I need medical attention again. read more

What a gem we have on the hill! I got sick over New Year and was able to be seen last minute with testing for Covid and Influenza and walked out with prescription in hand. What felt like forever, which it does when your feeling sick, just took a little longer than normal, but well worth it. Dr. Rahimi, Gabby and Selene were all very nice as well as the other staff. I had to return the next day due to my son's illness, and again Dr Rahimi was extremely patient with him and the staff was very nice. This place is very nice. The receptionist Jessica was very professional and kind. I had underwent an accident that occurred less tan 24hrs and needed to be seen my a physician, due to the serious pain I was having. I was seen by Alexia PA (not sure if that's her name) however she was awesome and very compassionate with me and my injuries that I've sustained. The entire staff was over-the-top with their service. I came here on a Saturday at 10:30am. It was quiet, clean and staffed with friendly nurse and Doctors. There was no waiting and I saw the Dr. almost immediately after my arrival. I got Dr. Yeroomian who was friendly, professional, easy to talk to and seemed trustworthy. The facility is brand new, state-of-the-art, modern decor, clean and organized. Staff is friendly and helpful and very personable. There is also a pharmacy located next door with friendly staff which wasn't too busy and seemed (surprisingly) stocked with the basics plus extras like wheelchairs and vaporizers. Wasn't feeling well on a Sunday morning. Called to verify they accept my insurance, which they did. Asked about the wait. NO WAIT! Awesome. Headed down there within 15 minutes from calling. Got checked in quickly, and was seen by the doctor within 15 minutes of me being there. The doc came in, told them my issue, he looked, verified. And out I went headed straight to the pharmacy. Wouldn't hesitate to come back to this urgent care again! Super convenient as its a quick 5 minute drive away. Don't hesitate to check them out when you're not feeling good! read more

If you happen to be there on the weekends, you will not been seen by a Doctor but instead by a practitioner nurse. I have the outmost respect for the nurses but she was so off by her diagnostic that I had to go & seen by a doctor on Monday. During my visit she was comparing her Symptoms to mine & at the end of the visit she said there are no medicine for my symptoms and I should live with it but in fact I had a sinus infection which was diagnose by a doctor. read more

the main doctor here is great and always helpful!!!! however i had a pretty bad experience w the nurse woman. i can't remember her name- anyways i came in w a bad sore throat and had a leftover covid cough from having covid in september, dr didn't do any tests on me and just prescribed me prednisone (which just gave me mood swings lol); still sick over a week later and went to a diff urgent care who tested me and i have strep!!!! and said i shouldn't have been prescribed prednisone alone without a diff med bc it weakens the immune system. i will prob never go here again :( read more

This office goes above and beyond. I became a patient in the height of Covid when my primary care wasn't able to see me in person. I made the switch to Ocean front immediately after my first visit and am so thankful I did. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Gabby is outstanding and goes out of her way to make sure everything is properly taken care of. Lorraine and Makayla are thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Covid started, and this office, like others, was hit with increased numbers in volume and demand - are they perfect, no; however, they are doing the best they can given current times and surpass many other similar businesses.
