The flowers were never delivered -- not because of weather, timing, or availability -- but because this florist apparently does not have a delivery driver. Yes, I made a mistake entering the wrong phone number on the order. That's on me. However, the florist had my full name, email address, billing information, and delivery address, yet made no effort to contact me through any other means. Instead, the order was simply abandoned. When I finally called to ask what happened, the response was curt and dismissive. I was told, essentially, that it was my fault -- and the call ended abruptly. No apology. No attempt to problem-solve. No acknowledgment that not being able to deliver flowers might be an issue for a florist. Mistakes happen on both sides. What matters is how a business handles them. In this case, the lack of delivery capability combined with poor customer service made this a complete failure.
