Inside, things were quiet when I arrived, but it quickly started filling up. Service was just as impressive. My bartender greeted me with a genuine smile and gave spot-on recommendations. The food? Fantastic. Over the top. I ordered the Poutine. The fries were perfectly crispy, the queso was rich and flavorful, and the egg on my dish was absolute perfection.
