For breakfast, she warned my fiancé that the pancakes were huge! For lunch we split a sandwich and they split it onto two plates for us, which was so nice of them. Sadly they close in the afternoon otherwise we'd have stayed even longer and kept working and purchasing. It is attached to the gas station shop and shares a bathroom, that's a little weird but the good food and kind people makes up for it. Gift shop has some great items from unique tshirts to potato soap. There is something for everyone. Admission is not too expensive. 2 adults and 2 students for 25. Inside are 2 large areas. You get multiple displays on the history, how chips and crisps are made, how potatoes are grown and harvested. There is a small room with several short videos. Definitely do not miss. Watching how fries are made and seeing tractor history we're neat. In the back are some tractors, potato sack machine and a kids area. Some fun games on huge touch screens were fun for all ages. See how fast you can peel a potato. Cafe in the back is a great way to end. Your choice of fries, tots or baked potatoes. Also a few sweet items and some bottled drinks. We got 2 Idahoan potatoes and the Jackson Hole sodas. Baked potatoes were great and they gave lots of toppings: bacon, butter, sour cream and cheese. Yummy! Sodas were very good with unique flavors like huckleberry and strawberry rhubarb. Take your team, read the displays, watch the videos and have your favorite potatoe dish at the end. You will spend 60-90 minutes and be better educated for it.

Full hook ups. Dry camping. Fire pits and a cafe/store. Dock for fishing. Boat ramp. Kayaks and paddle boards for renting. My only complaints are with the other campers. Especially the "weekenders." They're inconsiderate and don't follow the rules. They're dogs run lose and the ATVS fly around all over the place kicking up dirt clouds. I love it when they all leave on Sunday. Oh.....and the mosquitoes are absolutely horrible. Bug spray and devices that deter them are an absolute MUST

I have bought at least three bags of Roots chips since I discovered these at the cafe. They are absolutely perfect. And as for the cheesy tots, they were not at all what we were expecting but they were a super pleasant surprise. They don't look like any tots we have ever seen and we expected the cheese to be on the outside. But these tots had a mix of potato and cheese inside a lightly battered exterior. They were delicious and everything here was super affordable. We should have bought more. I also sampled a potato cupcake and a spud bar. The cupcake was obviously frozen but still quite good. However I didn't personally like the Spud bar, I should have read the ingredients before purchasing, that's my bad. They do have some patio tables in the rear where you can enjoy your food outside, but they are dog friendly inside as well so we sat indoors to enjoy our treats. They also had some cookies and pastries. Some of the photos said they were take-out only, but they must've recently added their little seating area. They had a "warming shack" seating area with space heaters and plastic tarps blocking out the weather. We kept our coats and hats on, but we were able to eat comfortably in this little area! It looks like they have some additional patio furniture seating for the warmer weather as well. There were only 4 or 5 tables inside. We were there around 12pm on a Sunday and we had the whole space to ourselves. I got the veggie breakfast burrito, which wasn't on the menu! I had originally ordered their regular breakfast burrito without meat, and they let me know they have a veggie option with eggs, cheese, hash browns, onions, and peppers. You can upgrade your order and get two hash browns and a drink, which we did. GET THE HASH BROWNS HERE!!! If you get one thing, make sure it's the hash browns. I don't even think I got a pic of them cause we ate them so quickly. They were perfectly seasoned and perfectly crispy and delicious. We almost ordered another order of them, but we were too full.
