I wanted a hair wash and blow out the day before I am induced with my first baby. The sylist acted like I was inconveniently there, wash my hair so hard I was wincing, didn't adjust the bowl at all, and washed my hair with ice cold water. When she finally slowed down and realized she was hurting me, instead of apologizing and slowing down, she got pissed and someone else will do it. I said no, it's just a little hard. After that terrible experience, we went to blow dry. Same thing. Hard brushing, and rushing to get me out. I'm walking out 20 hours before the biggest day of my life in tears, and smelling like moth balls from their disgusting shampoo.

I asked them to refill it with the correct NDC# number, and when I went to pick it up, I was told I needed a new prescription. I did that and was notified it was ready and again it was the wrong NDC# number. Julie, however, was very kind, and informed me that they may not be able to get this drug. I suggest people go to West Concord Pharmacy to get special ordered drugs.
