We had Insulation Commandos come out because we our floors were always cold and we wanted to look…read moreinto insulating our crawl space so we would lose less heat from our main floor. We called Insulation Commandos and were able to schedule an estimate for the very next day. Other providers that we called didn't even pick up the phone or said they would return our call and ghosted us. Simon, the owner, came out to do the estimate for us. He was on time and texted us beforehand. He is very knowledgeable about insulation and was able to explain things in a way that made it easy to understand! He walked us through a few different options at different price points and didn't put any pressure on us. The best part is, we were able to schedule the project for the same week! The day of the project, Simon texted us again to let us know they were on their way. This time, he even included a picture of the truck so we knew what to expect. He and his crew were extremely efficient, professional, and courteous. They were done in a single day and cleaned up after themselves! We highly recommend Insulation Commandos and will definitely be using them again to upgrade the insulation in our attic.

Incompetent and unprofessional. Suddath packers and loaders were subcontracted out for a move to…read moreCanada since the company my new employer hired (Atlas/AMJ Campbell) didn't have an office in my small town. Worst experience ever. They were 2-4 hours late each of the 3 days and didn't bother to let me know. Rude and dismissive. Wrapped china ok but just threw everthing else higgle-piggle in boxes (like rare books!) and didn't label anything correctly. The wonderful AMJ unloaders and unpackers on the destination end even commented on how weird and bad everything had been packed and loaded. Upon delivery I discover I have at least $4000 in damaged/missing items: 2 totally crushed bookcases, a broken plant stand and crushed rolling toolchest, Floor lamp snapped in two and more. And 5 Italian leather sofa cushions are vanished into thin air. DO.NOT.USE!!!

The crew was professional, fast, and did exactly what we wanted. Pricing was competitive with other vendors and was updated along the way with many changes on our end. We will definitely look to Suddath for our next move!

I had a very disappointing experience with Mr. Appliance. I contacted them to diagnose and repair a…read moreloud noise coming from my washing machine. During the initial visit, the technician was able to run the washing machine and hear the noise firsthand. This is documented on the receipt from the company. However, after being unable to repair the issue, I was told from the technician that on the initial visit they could not reproduce the noise and therefore could not determine what was wrong. They then shifted the blame back onto me, despite the fact that the noise had already been reproduced and documented during their initial visit. The washing machine was ultimately not fixed, yet I was still charged for the service. My biggest issue is not simply that they were unable to make the repair, but that their explanation contradicts what happened during the initial appointment and what is documented on their own receipt. I would not recommend Mr. Appliance based on my experience. I expected an honest diagnosis and an effective repair, but instead I was left with the same problem, out the service charge, and dissatisfied with how the situation was handled. I will be making a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and contacting their parent company Neighborly for their dishonest practice.

I love the fact that they text you to let you know when the tech is on the way. They save you from having to wait around the house. Dale did a great job of troubleshooting, explaining the problem, and gave me a complete estimate for parts and labor. He told me that it would take a couple of days to get the part. He said they would call and schedule the follow-up appointment. The part came in and they schedule the appointment. Dale was on time and completed the repair in a timely manner. He showed me the defective part and clean up after he was finished. I will use Mr. Appliance in the future for my service need! Thanks!
