We found this gem through a Yelp search while visiting the Frist Museum. I'll always take a local restaurant over a chain. Think of this as kind of a Chipoltle upgrade. All the ingredients were fresh and beautiful. They offer grain bowls, salads, or wraps. There are some specialties, but you can just go wild and create your own from all the topping choices. I had the Chicken Mamacita. It was delicious! Their wraps are a thin flatbread rather than a tortilla, which I really enjoyed. It might look a little pricy for a wrap, but they're large and don't skimp on the fresh ingredients. The staff were all wearing masks correctly and I noticed them cleaning often. They were also very pleasant and patient with our questions. They actually seemed to enjoy working there, which is a good sign. It's difficult to see from the street.
