Where do I begin! I have to start by saying my case was a hard one. I have been to multiple chiropractors prior to Dr. Radin and saw no long lasting relief from pain and improved mobility. I had years of wear and tear on my body plus a bad car accident which set my spine out of alignment in many areas. I also had minimal muscle tone which didn't help my situation. I essentially had to start from ground up. I have now seen Dr. Radin for about 3 years and my physical health has dramatically transformed. My pain has reduced significantly. He takes his time and has this incredible ability to pin point the problem areas, most of which I did not know existed. He also educates you throughout the process. His counterpart, Jonathan, is just as brilliant in the area of exercise physiology. After my adjustment, Jonathan runs through strengthening exercises to help keep those adjustments in place. I had terrible carpal tunnel, and I was desperate to try anything other than surgery. I've seen Dr. Radin four times, and my hands are almost 100%. I'm just mad at myself for not seeing him years ago! They gave me exercises to strengthen the supporting muscles to prevent the problem from reoccurring too. Will is amazing! I severed my Achilles Tendon last year and as it was healing, everything was getting stuck and tight and painful (not to mention that my lower back and hip was killing me from the cast, crutches and boot). Will kept adjusting my hips and sacrum as well as getting the tendon to loosen up and work correctly. My only regret is that I didn't start going to him sooner after my surgery. I was referred to Dr. Radin by my father who had seen him for shoulder pain. In the past I had been skeptical visiting Chiropractors believing that they do just enough pain relief to keep you coming back. But I was in so much back pain at this point that I was desperate for relief, even if it meant for one day. Dr. Radin consulted with me and we discussed in depth the many accidents, headaches and other health related issues I have suffered throughout my life. Many of his questions seemed irrelevant at the time until he began the adjustments. Dr. Radin explained to me how many of the other ailments I had were effecting my back. I am a 6 feet 220 lbs athletic individual. I weight train around 5 time a week, coupled with HIIT, and occasional basketball. Throughout the last few years i have acquired a few injuries. Bending my knee while walking up and down stairs has been challenging from all of the running and jumping required in basketball. I've also suffered injuries to my lower back and shoulder which both hinder my ability to perform in the gym. I could notice the pain during the day, but my frustration was growing while being forced to adjust my routine and intensity. Long story short I decided to visit Dr. Radin. I gave him a detailed description of the pain I was experiencing. Within seconds he was able to identify what was wrong with my knee. I was extremely surprised and asked him if I could try walking down stairs. My body had to adjust to not having to adjust, but I was comfortably able to maneuver. Dr. Radin is by far the most caring and knowledgeable health care practitioner I have ever visited. As an ex-college athlete who still enjoys working out and playing recreational sports, I have had my share of injuries over the years. My worst was a torn labrum and rotator cuff which necessitated two surgeries and forced me to stop playing baseball competitively. Prior to my surgeries, I visited many doctors and therapists who attempted several treatments and therapies to help heal and reduce the pain in my shoulder. My therapies/treatments included but were not limited to: acupuncture, prolotherapy and cortisone injections, Lazer Light treatments, hypobaric chamber therapy, physical therapy, and numerous visits to other chiropractors. I have made more progress in two visits to Dr. Radin's office than I made with any of those other treatments, including the two surgeries. My range of motion has already drastically improved and my body feels relaxed with no spasms in the areas surrounding my shoulder. This is truly amazing and a nice change of pace as my only other answer prior to these visits was just to "deal with it (the chronic pain)." I was even more impressed however, by the personal level of care Dr. Radin showed towards me. During my first visit to his office, we thoroughly discussed my health history both anatomically and physiologically. He offered tons of knowledge and answered all of my questions and concerns before we started our session. On my second visit, he remembered everything without having to shuffle through my charts and we again had an in depth discussion before we started. This made me feel like he truly cared and that he was not just quickly getting me in-and-out to book my next appointment. I had a shoulder problem for 5 years, after 6 visits or so, the pain and movement restriction was 100% better. He is a skilled doctor, whose knowledge of the human body makes him the best! A neck problem that was painful and my range of motion was greatly impaired, that I had experience for years, Dr. Radin began repairing with adjustments and stretching, my neck has been 100% healed for 2 years now. I recommend Dr. Radin to all of my friends and family after seeing him for my long term wrist pain. I had carried my newborn with the same arm daily and had increasing pain in that wrist for about a year. The first doctor I went to advised me to wear a wrist support and to give it rest. Amazing Dr. He is very gentle, honest and extremely trustworthy. He's also got old school bed side manner practices(they don't make them like that anymore :( ); calling to check in on you whether it is a weekday or weekend and genuinely caring about your individual well being. I hurt my back and was in a lot of pain. I could walk but with a lot of restriction. Let me just say I have several dr.'s in my family but I have always chosen to go the holistic route. I have not been to a traditional Dr in years. I decided to try something new and I think I found the best! After an hour of what felt like a unique massage, I noticed a difference in the way I felt and where I carried my pain. By that evening, I was practically pain free. Dr. Radin is worth every penny. I fell ice skating during the holidays and injured my arm pretty badly. I was in constant pain doing simple things. Turning the keys in my car was painful. Bending my arm to wash my face was painful. After a week and a half, I went to urgent care. They took x-rays, told me my arm wasn't broken or fractured, then sent me home with a splint and told me to take advil for the pain. They HOPED it would heal itself in a month. Just wearing the splint caused my arm to throb in pain. Two days later, I spent 40 minutes in Dr. Radin's office, thanks to a friend's reference. During this team, he asked where I had pain, felt my arm up and down to figure out what bones were unaligned and which muscles were inflamed. Our family of six go to see Dr Radin regularly due to frequent activities: wrestling, skiing,martial arts, carrying laundry up and down stairs, etc... He is by far the most thorough and skilled Chiropractor we have seen. He takes the time needed to help us feel better from wrists to shoulder to back and knees. He is thoughtful in explaining what and why he is adjusting certain areas. If you have an injury or trouble spot, go see him. He's awesome. We've seen him for the last 4 years and know him quite well and usually text for appointments. My lower back was locked up completely, I literally couldn't walk or move or even bend my back for 3 days. I sought care with Dr. David Radin following a car accident that resulted in my 3rd major neck injury and two herniated cervical discs. I chose him from the pack specifically because of the amazing Yelp reviews he had. Short and simple, he fixed long term pain from 3 accidents in a month! Here is my amazing review to add to the list, if you want the full story... My story begins in January, 2000, when I was stopped on the highway because of a car accident, and was rear-ended by a woman doing 70mph. My body was wrecked. I spent a year off work, with Physical Therapy 3 days a week until my Dr. told me this was as good as it would get. I ate ibuprofen until my stomach bled, then Tylenol every day since then. I was finally able to return to work, but with chronic pain of 4-5 daily in my neck, thoracic spine, and right shoulder. Next chapter, 2006. In breaking up a dog fight, I went backwards over the arm of a chair, landing on my head, with a Rottweiler on top. Another year off work, another year of intensive PT, and we added chronic Vicodin to the med list. I had to leave my career as a bedside nurse and take a desk job. I had chronic numbness in my right arm, and barely kept pain levels below 5 with use of the narcotics, which made me feel dumb and depressed. It took 4 years to finally wean off the Vicodin, and I have continued to eat Tylenol at the maximum allowed dose every day since then. So we jump to September, 2015, and I'm rear-ending a Rav4 on my way to work. Yes, of course, another neck injury, herniated discs at C4-5 and C6-7, more narcotics, various treatments, another Medical Leave, another batch of specialists telling me there isn't much to do short of surgery. My Pain Doctor told me to find a chiropractor and begin PT again. Now, I am a nurse, with a 24 year career steeped in western medicine, and limited faith in other treatment methods. I skeptically scheduled an appointment with Dr. Radin for evaluation. When he calmly said, "Sure, I can fix this. Give me 3 or 4 weeks!" I nearly laughed in his face, but my pain levels went from 8 to 6/10 after the first visit, so I went back. In 3 visits, my pain levels were back to 4/10 and I was no longer taking narcotics. In 3 weeks, my pain levels were the lowest in 10 years, and I returned to work. I have not done Physical Therapy, or any other treatment modalities, because this one has worked so well. It's now been 8 weeks, I see him once a week, and most days I take only 1-2 Tylenol a day, my lowest medication use in 15 years, and my lowest pain levels since the accident in 2000. I am resuming my career as a bedside nurse, have joined a gym to restore the muscle strength I have lost. I can hike again, swim again, and live my life again, WITHOUT PAIN!!!!! I've had chronic pain for 5 years. Due to the nature if it, it has been tremendously difficult. Over the course of 6 weeks we were able to back out a tremendous amount of structural alignment issues.
