Where do I begin! I have to start by saying my case was a hard one. I have been to multiple chiropractors prior to Dr. Radin and saw no long lasting relief from pain and improved mobility. I had years of wear and tear on my body plus a bad car accident which set my spine out of alignment in many areas. I also had minimal muscle tone which didn't help my situation. I essentially had to start from ground up. I have now seen Dr. Radin for about 3 years and my physical health has dramatically transformed. My pain has reduced significantly. He takes his time and has this incredible ability to pin point the problem areas, most of which I did not know existed. He also educates you throughout the process. His counterpart, Jonathan, is just as brilliant in the area of exercise physiology. After my adjustment, Jonathan runs through strengthening exercises to help keep those adjustments in place. My posture has dramatically improved. I've grown half an inch taller! Both Dr. Radin and Jonathan have become an integral component in my health upkeep routine. They are passionate about their work and they truly care for their patients. This is not your average chiropractic visit. Expect to feel a kind a relief that you did not think possible. I can not recommend them enough. Thank you Dr. Radin and Jonathan for taking me in and helping me reach my physical potential. (and for always squeezing me in during your lunch hour even when you are fully booked!) (p.s. they are always booked so call in advance!!) read more

I am still convinced Dr Radin is the BEST chiropractor out there. I had terrible carpal tunnel, and I was desperate to try anything other than surgery. I've seen Dr. Radin four times, and my hands are almost 100%. I'm just mad at myself for not seeing him years ago! They gave me exercises to strengthen the supporting muscles to prevent the problem from reoccurring too. They're easy to schedule with, and I think their prices are fair, especially given that they help you fix the underlying issue. read more

Will is amazing! I severed my Achilles Tendon last year and as it was healing, everything was getting stuck and tight and painful (not to mention that my lower back and hip was killing me from the cast, crutches and boot). Will kept adjusting my hips and sacrum as well as getting the tendon to loosen up and work correctly. My only regret is that I didn't start going to him sooner after my surgery. He and Jonathan have been Fantastic! I can't recommend them highly enough. read more

I was referred to Dr. Radin by my father who had seen him for shoulder pain. In the past I had been skeptical visiting Chiropractors believing that they do just enough pain relief to keep you coming back. But I was in so much back pain at this point that I was desperate for relief, even if it meant for one day. Dr. Radin consulted with me and we discussed in depth the many accidents, headaches and other health related issues I have suffered throughout my life. Many of his questions seemed irrelevant at the time until he began the adjustments. Dr. Radin explained to me how many of the other ailments I had were effecting my back. Each adjustment relieved tension in an area that eventually affected my back pain. Even the headaches went away! Dr. Radin promised that after 6 sessions I would feel better to the point where I would no longer need to return. Needless to say I didn't believe him. I felt better after each visit. And upon the 6th, I was literally pain free!! I was amazed and surprised that Dr. Radin didn't live of to the stereotypical chiroprator who's sole purpose is repeat business. He fixed me for good!! If you have had a bad chiropractic experience in the past, please give Dr. Radin a try, I promise you will pleased with the results. read more

I am a 6 feet 220 lbs athletic individual. I weight train around 5 time a week, coupled with HIIT, and occasional basketball. Throughout the last few years i have acquired a few injuries. Bending my knee while walking up and down stairs has been challenging from all of the running and jumping required in basketball. I've also suffered injuries to my lower back and shoulder which both hinder my ability to perform in the gym. I could notice the pain during the day, but my frustration was growing while being forced to adjust my routine and intensity. Long story short I decided to visit Dr. Radin. I gave him a detailed description of the pain I was experiencing. Within seconds he was able to identify what was wrong with my knee. I was extremely surprised and asked him if I could try walking down stairs. My body had to adjust to not having to adjust, but I was comfortably able to maneuver. He then turned his focus to my lower back and shoulder. 2-3 days after visiting Dr. Radin, I have been able to workout with a fierce intensity. Anyone reading this review that suffers from chronic pain or has performance hindering injuries, I strongly suggest giving Dr. Radin a visit. It beats complaining about pain. read more

One of the most educated, knowledgable, and compassionate medical professionals in the world. After searching for months for treatment for my chronic injury with no help besides prescriptions for painkillers, along came Dr Radin and Jonathan. Their wholistic approach to healing and injuries makes sure that the patient receives the care and help they need to not just patch up the problem but solve the health issue for long term care. I would highly recommend Dr Radin and Jonathan for anyone suffering with an injury whether an athlete or average joe that is looking for a true long term solution, and to live a pain free life. read more

Amazing body work. I've had excruciating back pain for over a month that cleared up right away when I saw these guys. I had to take a pain pill one day and the next day I went in and I left thinking "I should go for a frikking run right now. Wait. No, we're not going on a run, just calm down!" Dr. Radin is the best!! I used to get migraines all the time, but now that I started going to Dr. Radin, I rarely have them! My back right shoulder has been hurting me for over twenty years. I tried healing it by getting massages, but the stiffness would always quickly return. Dr. Radin has been able to loosen my shoulder and heal it, so it lasts for months!! Thank you Dr. Radin! I will NEVER go anywhere else! read more

I was in severe back pain for years always too scared to go to a Chiropractor. When the pain was too much to bare I went to my doctor who gave me drugs that didn't work. Dr. Radin made it very comfortable and my back has never felt better. He never was too physical with the adjustments and really wants to cure. Why did I go through so much pain for so long when I could have just gone to see the Dr Radin. The other cool thing is he explained everything he was doing and what was causing my problem. read more

I've been to quite a few chiropractors before and I would get turned off because I felt like they were always trying to sell me a service package. Dr. Radin doesn't believe in that! He wants to fix the problem and not just put a bandaid on it. He wants to treat you a few times and only see you when necessary! I have now been using Dr. Radin for a few years and he always fixes my injuries and those injuries don't come back! He is very reasonably priced for the amount of service he provides. He goes above and beyond any chiropractor I have ever used. On top of it all he is a great person! Definitely try him out!!! read more

Dr. Radin is by far the most caring and knowledgeable health care practitioner I have ever visited. As an ex-college athlete who still enjoys working out and playing recreational sports, I have had my share of injuries over the years. My worst was a torn labrum and rotator cuff which necessitated two surgeries and forced me to stop playing baseball competitively. Prior to my surgeries, I visited many doctors and therapists who attempted several treatments and therapies to help heal and reduce the pain in my shoulder. My therapies/treatments included but were not limited to: acupuncture, prolotherapy and cortisone injections, Lazer Light treatments, hypobaric chamber therapy, physical therapy, and numerous visits to other chiropractors. I have made more progress in two visits to Dr. Radin's office than I made with any of those other treatments, including the two surgeries. My range of motion has already drastically improved and my body feels relaxed with no spasms in the areas surrounding my shoulder. This is truly amazing and a nice change of pace as my only other answer prior to these visits was just to "deal with it (the chronic pain)." I was even more impressed however, by the personal level of care Dr. Radin showed towards me. During my first visit to his office, we thoroughly discussed my health history both anatomically and physiologically. He offered tons of knowledge and answered all of my questions and concerns before we started our session. On my second visit, he remembered everything without having to shuffle through my charts and we again had an in depth discussion before we started. This made me feel like he truly cared and that he was not just quickly getting me in-and-out to book my next appointment. Dr. Radin has also accepted an after hours phone call from me, and spent around 30 minutes discussing a concern I had. He is clearly in this for the right reasons and has a true passion for helping people. I would highly recommend Dr. Radin to anyone who is seeking an answer to their aches and pains, or anyone who just feels off and needs a little tune up. Especially if you are looking for someone who will will put your overall health and well-being first! read more

Dr. Radin is a great chiropractor. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and provides excellent service at an affordable price. He has been working with my 12 year old daughter with various back issues. Within the first week she was pain free and making real progress in recovery. He is extremely gentle, adjustments are always pleasant and never forced or painful. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Radin's for a couple of years, and confidently recommend him to family and friends. I had a shoulder problem for 5 years, after 6 visits or so, the pain and movement restriction was 100% better. He is a skilled doctor, whose knowledge of the human body makes him the best! A neck problem that was painful and my range of motion was greatly impaired, that I had experience for years, Dr. Radin began repairing with adjustments and stretching, my neck has been 100% healed for 2 years now. My dog tripped me and I sustained a bad knee and hip injury. Again, Dr. Radin restored me back to health within a couple of weeks. His office is comfortable, he does not overbook appointments and make you wait. He is a professional, and San Diego is lucky to have him here! read more

Rethink Chiropractic care when you think of Dr. Radin. Above and beyond any chiropractic session I have experienced in the past. Dr. Radin offers a unique approach and complementing therapies in his treatments. Upon first visit to Dr. Radin I was experiencing chronic pain and as a result I had stopped the activities I enjoyed. Prior to this I sought out a variety of therapies without significant relief or change. After one session with Dr. Radin, he provided me the relief I had sought for years! I now feel like I had a new body! I am back to enjoying my activities and have more energy and am generally happier as I no longer have the pain and restriction. I am in gratitude for Dr. Radin and absolutely recommend him! read more

I recommend Dr. Radin to all of my friends and family after seeing him for my long term wrist pain. I had carried my newborn with the same arm daily and had increasing pain in that wrist for about a year. The first doctor I went to advised me to wear a wrist support and to give it rest. When this didn't work, I looked for a new doctor. Immediately, Dr. Radin identified the issue and explained thoroughly what was causing the pain. I felt relief in 5 minutes from his first adjustment. He then worked with me over a few sessions to increase my wrist alignment and taught me how to strengthen it so it wouldn't come back. I highly recommend seeing him to not only fix what is causing your pain, but to learn how to strengthen your body to protect against furthering your injury and preventing it from returning. read more

Amazing Dr. He is very gentle, honest and extremely trustworthy. He's also got old school bed side manner practices(they don't make them like that anymore :( ); calling to check in on you whether it is a weekday or weekend and genuinely caring about your individual well being. I hurt my back and was in a lot of pain. I could walk but with a lot of restriction. Let me just say I have several dr.'s in my family but I have always chosen to go the holistic route. I have not been to a traditional Dr in years. I decided to try something new and I think I found the best! After an hour of what felt like a unique massage, I noticed a difference in the way I felt and where I carried my pain. By that evening, I was practically pain free. I can't comment on cost because this was my first chiropractic experience but I'd pay him whatever he wants because he's 100% worth it and those of us that are plagued with chronic back aliments/pain know that when you find someone good enough to treat the issues productively & quickly and can relieve you from pain... you don't let that guy go and you put him on speed dial :) ps I believe he accepts insurance. read more

I'll start by noting I'm not someone who normally feels compelled to write reviews, but want to spread the word. I can't recommend Dr. Radin enough. Earlier this year I began having a host of strange symptoms which had left me debilitated, unable to walk. Had seen around 15 doctors before ending up in Dr. Radin's office. David was immediately attentive and really spent the time to listen, and understand my issues (stark contrast to my prior encounters with other practitioners). It's clear he genuinely cares about his patients, and works tirelessly to do all he can. After only a month and a half of treatment my improvements are unavoidable, and 100% attributed to Dr. Radin's work as his techniques are unparalleled. Very grateful to have come across Dr. Radin and wholeheartedly recommend for anyone's chiropractic needs. read more

Dr. Radin is worth every penny. I fell ice skating during the holidays and injured my arm pretty badly. I was in constant pain doing simple things. Turning the keys in my car was painful. Bending my arm to wash my face was painful. After a week and a half, I went to urgent care. They took x-rays, told me my arm wasn't broken or fractured, then sent me home with a splint and told me to take advil for the pain. They HOPED it would heal itself in a month. Just wearing the splint caused my arm to throb in pain. Two days later, I spent 40 minutes in Dr. Radin's office, thanks to a friend's reference. During this team, he asked where I had pain, felt my arm up and down to figure out what bones were unaligned and which muscles were inflamed. He worked on my muscles and jerked on my arm a few times, and THE PAIN WAS GONE. I can't refer this man enough. I'm convinced he can help anyone with any ailment. read more

Our family of six go to see Dr Radin regularly due to frequent activities: wrestling, skiing, martial arts, carrying laundry up and down stairs, etc... He is by far the most thorough and skilled Chiropractor we have seen. He takes the time needed to help us feel better from wrists to shoulder to back and knees. He is thoughtful in explaining what and why he is adjusting certain areas. If you have an injury or trouble spot, go see him. He's awesome. We've seen him for the last 4 years and know him quite well and usually text for appointments. Definitely unlike any of the Chiropractors out there that want to see you 5xs a week for five minute visits. Parking is easy behind post office or the lot next to the office bldg. read more

I'm continuing to enjoy the healing atmosphere and energy here! Feeling great after today's treatment!

I sought care with Dr. David Radin following a car accident that resulted in my 3rd major neck injury and two herniated cervical discs. I chose him from the pack specifically because of the amazing Yelp reviews he had. Short and simple, he fixed long term pain from 3 accidents in a month! Here is my amazing review to add to the list, if you want the full story... My story begins in January, 2000, when I was stopped on the highway because of a car accident, and was rear-ended by a woman doing 70mph. My body was wrecked. I spent a year off work, with Physical Therapy 3 days a week until my Dr. told me this was as good as it would get. I ate ibuprofen until my stomach bled, then Tylenol every day since then. I was finally able to return to work, but with chronic pain of 4-5 daily in my neck, thoracic spine, and right shoulder. Next chapter, 2006. In breaking up a dog fight, I went backwards over the arm of a chair, landing on my head, with a Rottweiler on top. Another year off work, another year of intensive PT, and we added chronic Vicodin to the med list. I had to leave my career as a bedside nurse and take a desk job. I had chronic numbness in my right arm, and barely kept pain levels below 5 with use of the narcotics, which made me feel dumb and depressed. It took 4 years to finally wean off the Vicodin, and I have continued to eat Tylenol at the maximum allowed dose every day since then. So we jump to September, 2015, and I'm rear-ending a Rav4 on my way to work. Yes, of course, another neck injury, herniated discs at C4-5 and C6-7, more narcotics, various treatments, another Medical Leave, another batch of specialists telling me there isn't much to do short of surgery. My Pain Doctor told me to find a chiropractor and begin PT again. Now, I am a nurse, with a 24 year career steeped in western medicine, and limited faith in other treatment methods. I skeptically scheduled an appointment with Dr. Radin for evaluation. When he calmly said, "Sure, I can fix this. Give me 3 or 4 weeks!" I nearly laughed in his face, but my pain levels went from 8 to 6/10 after the first visit, so I went back. In 3 visits, my pain levels were back to 4/10 and I was no longer taking narcotics. In 3 weeks, my pain levels were the lowest in 10 years, and I returned to work. I have not done Physical Therapy, or any other treatment modalities, because this one has worked so well. It's now been 8 weeks, I see him once a week, and most days I take only 1-2 Tylenol a day, my lowest medication use in 15 years, and my lowest pain levels since the accident in 2000. I am resuming my career as a bedside nurse, have joined a gym to restore the muscle strength I have lost. I can hike again, swim again, and live my life again, WITHOUT PAIN!!!!! Dr. Radin promised me relief, and HE DELIVERED. I cannot express strongly enough just how incredible I find this transformation, or just how highly I recommend Dr. Radin. He gave me back the life I lost 15 years ago, and gave me a future to look forward to, without pain. read more

Dr. Radin is magical. He's helped me recover quickly from injuries that have plagued me for decades. I know people who fly in from Utah to receive this miraculous treatment. The friend who recommended me to Dr. Radin has now returned to surfing after years of being unable to lift his arms over his head. Just yesterday I recommended him to a friend who's an RN, but she had just started with him as well. Word travels fast when your are this good. read more

I've had chronic pain for 5 years. Due to the nature if it, it has been tremendously difficult. Over the course of 6 weeks we were able to back out a tremendous amount of structural alignment issues. I'm feeling muscles move in ways they never have, and muscles are releasing tension daily. I feel so much better, and while there is still some work to do, I'm the best I've been, and I'm more hopeful than I ever before for a full recovery and return to easy ache-free days. Highly recommended. read more

I'll start by saying I highly HIGHLY recommend Dr. Radin for any chiropractic needs. After recovering from ACL reconstruction surgery I was still having pain in my knee and swelling in my ankle. Multiple orthopedic doctors just told me to ice and stay off of it. I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Radin. After only one session with him I no longer have the pain and swelling. David really took the time to listen and understand the problems I was having. After examining my leg he explained why I was having the pain and before doing any adjustments he thoroughly explained what he could do to help and why. I was unsure about seeing a chiropractor about the issues to begin with but Dr. Radin and Jonathan made me feel completely comfortable and confident that they could help and they did more than help! I now have no pain whatsoever. I'm so happy to have been referred to Dr. Radin. read more
