I love this practice. My family has used radiant Smiles of Yardley for over 10 years. They take excellent care of us.

If you want your blood pressure taken upon arrival because your face is red from being out in the cold, then this is the place for you. They would not clean my husbands teeth cause his pressure was up. I tried to reschedule my sons appt, two weeks in advance of appt & got the three month rule thrown at me. Appt was for April & they wanted to reschedule him in August. When I mentioned that I had just been there a few weeks before at 11am their was no one at all there before or after me, the receptionist got nasty & didn't like my comment. I asked for a call back from the owner himself & never got a call. Was curious if the owner was ok w loosing 3 patients over his 3 month reschedule game. People want service & clean teeth not games & back & forth nonsense w the receptionist. read more

The staff, so the people that work here are terrific, kind, and couldn't do enough for you! I am a patient of Dr Metz and Joanie. He is a wonderful dentist and human being. Joanie is a sweet gentle assistant. I forgot about having to pay my 50 deductible and they were so kind to let me call it in the next day. I always go prepared to pay when services are done normally. 1 Star is directed solely towards their scheduler/receptionist. I received 3 confirmations for my appointment. An email when I first made the appointment, another email the day before the appointment as well as a text message 2 hours before the appointment. When I showed up for the appointment the receptionist stated she did not have me on the schedule. I showed her the multiple confirmations that I had received via the emails and text message (concrete evidence) yet she somehow still denied it and would not make any attempt to reconcile as I had already moved around my day to be there. People make mistakes and that's what makes us human, however not being able to own up to a mistake is a reflection of a human with poor morals and unfortunately for this business is the first face once entering the door read more

This post has to do with their avenues of communication and not with Dr. Metz, who has been on indefinite medical leave (their position). Personally, I think Dr. Metz moved on from Radiant Smiles. I've have communicated to them, after fielding a call from a representative of the office, after noting on my appointment confirmation email notification, that our insurance had changed. The nice young woman said I would get a call on Monday November 14th from someone (I'm not posting her name) to confirm the status of my new insurance with a participating dentist there in the office. Dr. Metz accepts my new insurance but he's not there. My wife spoke to someone in the office at the time of making her appt., giving them the new insurance info. They told her they would get back to her. That was over three weeks ago and still no word. I have used their online submission form, their email address, and just now FB messenger. We will have no cell service for the next 8 days on vacation. I have instructed them to utilize FB messenger or reply to my email. I closed with if there are no return communications don't expect us to show for the appointments, only to be told at that time, they don't accept our new insurance. Receptionist is extremely rude. Not sure how she hasn't gotten fired yet. She is pushing all of Dr. Metz's patients out the door... I've never dealt with a receptionist as rude and nasty as her. read more

Dr Metz and his staff are polite and organized. It helps me out because I'm so busy with work they will send you reminders about your appointment. They are very affordable and GENTLE! They did my Invisalign and cleanings everytime no issue and always checking in on h status of my teeth. I highly recommend this office it takes me 30 mins to get there each visit but 100% worth it. My teeth are coming along great and can't wait to see how they look when I am done. Thanks! read more

I've been coming here for almost 2 years for cleanings. The hygienists are very friendly and always take their time answering any questions I have. I've never had any issues here, in fact I was prematurely booted feom my mom's dental insurance and was properly notified by the receptionist prior to my appointment. I ended up paying out of pocket between insurances, but the cost wasn't as bad. I've been on the fence about starting Invisalign so each visit the hygienists and dentist talk about it. There is no pushing, no convincing, they just want to be sure it's the right option for me! read more

Horrible place. Diane the receptionist is the rudest most unprofessional individual ever. I called the office to report an issue four times. I asked for a doctor to return my call. No one ever called back. Dr Metz and his hygienist are wonderful. They do not belong there. I am so sorry that Radiant Smiles was the only place that took my dental insurance. I picked this pathetic place as my primary for my dental insurance based on what their website said. I called to make an emergency appointment and explained the situation to the moron that answered the phone. 3 1/2 weeks is the first appointment they could fit me in, apparently she was too stupid to understand what an emergency is or they only say they take emergency appointments just to get people to go there. read more

I had Dr.Metz and another Dr. who did my implant, they both are amazing dentists!

Decided not to even make an appointment after my phone call.The receptionist was very rude. She was very dismissive,rushed and seemed as though she was talking down to me. I'm also a bit confused on how they classify themselves as emergency dental.I called after breaking my tooth and being in sever pain, they could only offer me an appointment for the following week. I suggest almost any office but here. Only plus side is I figured out how well they take care of their patients before having to spend a penny. read more

I am new to the area and was surprised at the lack of consideration that was made for a new patient. I guess this practice is making cash hand over fist since they do not even take the time to record a new patient (I called and booked the appointment and they neglected to take my phone number) and accommodate a simple cleaning! So I go to my evening appointment, which was booked about 3 weeks earlier, and they tell me when I walk in the door that they want to reschedule because of my insurance?! I had faxed over my insurance when I scheduled my appointment so this should not have been a problem to begin with. I just wanted my teeth cleaned, so they said I would have to pay them in advance, and then when my insurance switched them to my primary, they would then issue me a refund. Wonderful. I paid out of pocket and was then reimbursed when I called to make sure that I would get the refund since things seem a bit disorganized over there, I did want to be forgotten. The six month follow up cleaning was scheduled at the end of my appointment. When it came time for my appointment I was called the day of and told that the girl called in sick and they would reschedule me a month out from my date (making it 7 months since my last cleaning). Unfortunately, I then had a personal scheduling issue, so I called to change my appointment and she wanted to book me 2 months out! I don't know how they are even this busy. There was state of the line equipment and the staff seems nice, but the scheduling is ridiculous. I just can't imagine waiting 9 months to get my teeth cleaned. Its a shame. and on a snotty note, their waiting room looks like it was straight out of 1985....going to try a new dentist in the area. Sorry I went here in the first place. read more
