She said that what I should do is get their custom made retainer for the daytime. She said it even feel so comfortable, that a lot of people wear it at night. She said they would quote me for the retainer one this time and it was $400. So I was like wait so I spent $400 on a night guard which I can't wear during the the day, and now I have to spend another $400 for a retainer for the day that a lot of people wear overnight.
