They're okay if your regular salon is booked or closed. Prices seem more expensive here.. and for the quality it's not worth it. I come here when my regular place is full. I've been here a few times for gel mani, pedicures, and acrylic sets. When I got my acrylic set the nail shapes were very bad and she painted a few terribly they looked bubbled. I asked her to redo them and she got a little annoyed. Recently I went for a gel mani and pedi and it was okay, better than last time. I feel like they always paint them a little off. Tried this place for the first time. Wasn't sure based on the other reviews but I got to tell you that Tony the person who gave me a pedicure was really good and did a great job. The message on my leg and feet and then my back was awesome as well. This isn't a fancy place but it's very clean and they did a good job. They also give a card where you get a free pedicure after you 10th time. The price is standard for a regular pedicure. I called and was taken as soon as I walked in. Great place. read more

Went there today for mani and pedi. Very poor job. Went there before and it was just ok but am not coming back after today. I am attaching photos. Today I went to get eyebrows waxed manicure and pedicure. My eyebrows came out terrible so I quietly went to the manager and asked if she could fix them. She was so rude to me. Arguing and not accommodating. I was trying to say it quite so I wouldn't hurt the girls feelings but she spoke loudly..finally I left without anything. The pedicure sucked the water was cold. ilene is okay, however, Annie, do not, I repeat, DO NOT GO TO HER! I went in for a gel set because it is supposed to last three weeks to a month instead of two weeks like acrylic. So I go in, I paid $99 tip included for my nails, I got a long coffin nails with purple French tip and two butterfly designs. I was satisfied at first. Expensive, but that's not even the half of it. As she was doing my nails a very angry customer walked in they got their nails done by her and demanded that they got a new set because their dip powder was weak and all of the nails are falling off, I decided I was going to form my own opinion of her instead of taking their point of view. She kept repeating that my nails were going to last 3 to 4 weeks, not even a week and a half in one nail fell off, I went to go get it fixed and then the next day THREE more fell off, I went to go get them fixed immediately.When I went to go get the three nails fixed she looked at me and laughed and said the reason my nails are breaking because they're long... I have been someone who's been getting their nails done long since my sophomore year of high school and I am a freshman in college, that is 100% not the reason, she does not even admit that anything she does is the cause of why the nails are breaking instead she blames it on the nails or customer when not just me but another person complained and we had two different types of nail enhancements . when she tried to fix them she tried to make them visibly shorter than my other nails and then told me she had to do it that way because that's the only way will stay on and I stopped her in her tracks and I said no I cannot go out looking like that , take these off and make them the correct length and then two days laget which is now , I have another nail lifting and every time I grab anything it bends my natural nail back, and I refuse to go back because it's just embarrassing at this point to keep getting nails redone and they keep breaking a day later there's no point in getting them done again. Beyond irritated with this place and their customer service, I am in cosmetology and I do nails for people, little did she know, even when I do peoples nails the last 2 to 3 weeks... I am very surprised to have read all of these bad reviews for this salon!!! I have been getting gel manicures for as long as I can remember and have tested out several salons. Radiant Nails is not as horrible as everyone claims it to be. It is a fairly new salon to me but I will be going in today for my third visit in a row! Their pedicures are great! They do a very extensive job and give a great massage! Also, it is very clean. Give it a shot! read more

My daughter and I went here in a pinch knowing it was a terrible salon. But, had no other option. Well, much to our expectation, it was HORRIBLE, my girl didn't file my nails well, the gel French manicure was thick up top and just looked awful. Additionally, they chipped within days of having them done. My daughters nails looked equally as bad for a French but for opposite reason, the white was too thin up top. And, her nails chipped the next day. Knowing I'd get no where with the owner I didn't go back in to complain because she would have been evil. We will continue looking for a clean, friendly nail salon. read more

Waited over 30 minutes to get a pedicure. First they started w the cutting my nails then the cuticles, and blah blah blah. Long story short they did not scrub the dead skin from the bottom of my feet. Meanwhile a customer who made an appointment at 5:00 made a god damn scene because no one was available to take her. Horrible! Never going here again. Staff is completely unprofessional. Went in for a gel fill and they gave me regular polish and when I asked if I could get the gel color like I asked she told me NO because they were closing when they had an hour and a half before they really closed! Then when I called the next day to speak with the manager that same lady who told me no lied and said that I was never in the salon and I had the wrong number. I had a basic mani/pedi. Nice work. Clean looking salon from an appearance standpoint. Three manicurists working so there was a 20 minute wait for my walk-in appointment. I was able to wait in the pedi chair while my feet soaked. Total cost was $36 plus tip. Good overall experience -- but limited on the service "wow" factor. read more

I went for a fill today. I've been here before and didn't have the best experience last time but decided to try again. Julie was my nail tech. They were very rude from the start. I walked in the door and no one said hello, they just stared at me. After I told them what I was there for, they asked me to pick out my color. I did and after standing there, Julie came over and talked to the other technician that was there and then said "you know this changes colors in the sun right?" I told her I did not and that I would choose a different color. She then proceeded to tell me to just try it and when I told her no, she seemed to have an attitude. She acted as if she had already colored my nails and then I was asking her to redo them. Julie barely spoke to me the whole time she was doing my nails. I am very particular about my nails. I am paying to get them done so I want them to look good. None of my nails are the same length or the same shape. I asked her to round the edges so they were "squoval" shaped. Well some are and some are square with sharp corners and others are just round. Not only that, but some of my individual nails themselves are not even. Instead of being straight, one side is longer than the other. She was very rough the whole time. When she was filing down my nails with the drill it kept burning and she kept hitting the skin surrounding my nails to the point where it burns to use soap or lotion on my hands. Finally my grueling appointment ended when she told me my fill was $33.00. This price was $28 for my fill and $5 for the design. Now, generally I'm prepared to for how much my appointment is going to cost me because the price list is posted and it lists everything. The price list in their store says "fill $18.00". It does not specify gel or acrylic like EVERY OTHER salon I've been to does. Normally I do regular polish with a gel top coat because just as this time, gel colors never look the same on the sample nail as they actually come out. And normally I wouldn't have a problem paying $33.00 but considering how awful she did, I considered walking out without paying. My biggest pet peeve when I get my nails done is the nail tech telling me how short or long I should let my nails be. I've had plenty of experiences with the tech telling me no when I ask them to make my nails shorter. "Oh it wont look good". But I think my experience today was the worst I've ever had. My fingers should not burn every time anything touches them because the person who did them doesn't know how to use a drill. I will NEVER return to radiant nails and suggest anyone thinking of going steer clear and choose somewhere else. My nails do not look like they were done at a salon and quite frankly I think my 9 year old cousin could have done a better job and I would have rather give her my money then to the rude woman who did my nails today. read more

Had an appointment for myself and boyfriend for pedicures and a mani for myself. They had us sit in the pedicure chairs she filled his tub with water but not mine. Told me I had to wait. They did his pedicure no extras just the basic no hot towels, Started my pedi 20 mins after the start of his. Kept taking all the walk ins Never did get my mani. Will not be returning. read more
