Had an amazing experience with Estella. I contacted her via Yelp and she replied within 20 mins. She is very knowledgeable and I made an appointment to get a microdermabrasion. She was able to see me within the next few days after contacting her. I had never gotten a microdermabrasion but she made the process very comfortable and always communicating the process. It was painless and I was out in 30-45 mins. I had a very relaxing time and regret not getting a facial and a microdermabrasion treatment at the same time. In the days after my skin looked amazing and I had a bit of "bruising" that did not hurt and it looked a bit red in some areas, but I know that it's my skin sensitivity due to the suction and it being my first time. Love Estella!! She is so friendly and knowledgeable. I had never had photo facial before and she explained it and made sure I was comfortable. After one session my crows feet were gone and most broken capillaries were also gone. My face felt plump and tightened. I loved it so much signed up for more sessions! I've been going to Estella for about 3 years now. She came highly recommended by Irene, a microblading goddess (seriously she's good too), she said Estella does amazing job and has helped some of her other clients. I suffer from adult acne, it was terrible and depressing. I tried most revered brands and had been to numerous facialist but nothing stuck. I made an appointment with Estella and she gave me a peel the first time and introduced me to the skin care brand Image. Estella + Image= Game changer. She's very knowledgeable and really knows what she is doing. She also uses medical grade equipment and products and the treatments are super affordable. The spot treatments she gives me are better than what the Dermatologist prescribed for me. My face cleared up after 2 peels and about 3 full customized facial sessions but I still go to Estella for maintenance and when I get a tiny flare up her and there. She turned out to be very unresponsive, unprofessional, rude, doesn't take ownership of an issue and ultimately placed the blame on me for her lack of timely responses. Shame on this woman for not realizing it's important to be humble especially in these Covid19 times. Estelle is great! I'm not new to facials and I can honestly say it's one of the best facials I've ever had.
